My room was super beautiful, modern and spacious. The terrace, garden and pool invite to relax with plenty of comfortable seating. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and delicious.
Tea, coffee and fruit were available all day. I particularly liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind.

We had the king bed room with terrace, it was spacious and comfortable. The lady at reception was incredible, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for sights and food, even booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The location is perfect for visiting old town and the beach.

The balcony and view were stunning - overlooking a little square and the towers of the Cathedral. The staff were delightful and very considerate, especially the girls on reception who gave us excellent recommendations. The room itself was modern, spacious and very clean with an amazing bath in the bedroom. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

The check-in process was fast and efficient. The location of the apartment is very central - pretty much everything in Bilbao is in walking distance from it. There is public transport (buses+subway) nearby as well. The kitchen was well-equipped, with the fridge having ice and water dispensers. The living room is spacious with a big dining table and a large sofa. There were two larger bedrooms and a smaller twin bed room. There were two bathrooms - one is located within one of the bedrooms, the other is between the other two rooms.

It is a very small hotel and we had wonderful personal service from the initial welcome onwards. The breakfast was excellent quality with very friendly hospitality. There is a quiet garden at the rear which was lovely to sit and relax in. Our room was spacious on the second floor with a garden view and small balcony.

Beautiful room overlooking the square, with four large windows and a small balcony - we appreciated the upgrade. Great location, just a short walk from the Botin gallery, waterfront and cathedral, so right in the middle of things. An impressive breakfast, too.

On arrival and without request our room had been upgraded to a room with a rural view as opposed to a city view. The accommodation was first class, spacious, spotlessly clean, spacious comfortable beds, staff were extremely welcoming in all aspects and extremely helpful, ample car parking space in a secure environment. Don't knew when but next time we travel in this area we will book Hotel O Cabazo without doubt. Given the restrictions due to bad weather I am sure we will be back some time soon.

The place was spacious with a big bedroom and a nice living-room with a sofa bed, a television and a kitchen with a microwave and a hub. There was also a terrace of a decent size. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a minute away from Playa del Sardinero, the best beach in Santander. Within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants and bars, some of them with views to the beach. I will not hesitate to return to this hotel if I'm back to Santander. Excellent stay!

Location was great. Family room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. 12 o’clock check out time was very helpful along with looking after bags after checking out. Our room was ready early so we were able to checkin earlier than planned. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast options were very good also.

The breakfast was terrific. There was a hot and cold selection. The location is terrific and very close to the old town. Our room was bright spacious and comfortable on the first floor . It had a balcony overlooking the small park.

The location is fabulous. Only a few meters from the prom.
The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. When our flight was changed and we had to arrive later than the cut-off for check-in, they accommodated us and they booked a taxi for us when we left.
