We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Anton who welcomed us at the check-in and gave us restaurant recommendations. The family room was very comfortable and well-suited to a family traveling with 4 children, which can be challenging. The rooms were very clean, the lobby and the hotel itself were beautifully designed and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the spacious balcony.

Best place to stay in Tbilisi.
Located in the earth of the old town, 3 minutes walking from everything you need. The structure is clean and good-looking and has a restaurant on the rooftop where guests have breakfast in the morning with a lovely view. Superior rooms also have a balcony with a stunning view on the city.
The staff is very warm welcoming and helpful. We came back and they upgraded our room to a superior for free.
Definitely the place to be if you visit Tbilisi.

Everything was perfected and really exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was absolutely awesome and they even went out of their way for my partner with a platter of gluten free items to enjoy.
The hill to get to the property is worth if for the amazing views from the balcony.
We actually made a night of the lovely wine in our room and the gorgeous roof terrace.

Luckily early check-in was possible at about 11:30.
Super excellent location apartment at affordable price.
Spacious and beautiful room suitable for 2-3 persons and well designed floor planning.
Very well equipped kitchen, especially plenty of plates, various type of wine glasses, high quality pans, and easy operation of stove top gas cooker.
Metro cards were offered, maybe previous guests used them and returned at check-out. This is smart and good system.
Terrace good for wine time

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the old town. We upgraded to the panoramic view with balcony which was unforgettable. Reception staff was very helpful. A big thank you to George who helped me order food and even delivered it to my room, as well as helping us with different things. The breakfast room had a great view and there was quite a good range on offer. Would definitely recommend KMM hotel.

The hotel very clean and our room was quite spacious. The location is great and the views are incredible. We stayed with our friends and enjoyed terrace in the evenings. Tea was very welcome hostess, she took care for all guests. Her breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, especially if you plan to see Avlabari - Metekhi areas.

The room was good, and they upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony. The size was good and it was having two sofa cum beds to accommodate extra guests.
The bathroom was having modern fittings. The best part was that one can operate the shower from a distance.

The location is very central. The apartment is spacious, clean, two separate bedrooms is what we've been looking for.
The balcony is nice to chill at. Also the host gladly gave the second key on request.

I booked a budget room. But when i arrived the girls at the reception upgraded my room to the bigger room with a huge balcony. And it was for the same price because i am a return guest (been at Monday couple of weeks ago)

Spacious bright rooms. Room had small balcony coming to quiet street and some city view also could be caught.
Friendly simply organized check-in procedure - you can proceed directly to your room upon arrival regardless what time of a day you arrive. Free tea, free coffee, sometimes soft drinks
Location is close to the city center and it's quiet area same time. Hotel management ready to help you almost with any inquiry.

Wonderful apartment 10 minutes from Rustaveli metro station. Excellent location, beautiful house, convenient check-in. I really enjoyed living in this apartment. There is a good design renovation, high ceilings, a spacious bedroom, everything is there for life, a comfortable mattress. Good door and sound insulation, lots of light, there is a balcony with a beautiful view of Mtatsminda. Clean, beautiful, comfortable! I will definitely come back to you again.

The place is brand new has great design, perfect location in my gaborite district - Vera and the best view over the city centre Ive seen in Tbilisi (and I have seen a lot) as I have been spending almost half of the year in Tbilisi for the last 9 years.
The staff is sooo friendly and considerate too. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The balcony is huge as well, it is terrace in fact. This is the best place to stay and when I need a hotel in Tbilisi I will always choose this one from now on.

This was the first place at which I stayed upon getting to Tbilisi. I was satisfied. Hotel is located on 20 floor of a building, but I was informed with pictures and instructions in advance how to enter the building. Thanks to reception guys (Alex and Stef)! They helped us with everything. I booked budget room without balcony and they upgraded for the room with balcony for free. Hope to see you next time!

We had an amazing stay at David hotel. They upgraded our room to family room and it is very huge with balcony. Location is closed to the center and a lot of nearby restaurants and shops. And breakfast is good and healthy options. Overall our experience is excellent.

It was a great accomodation and space for a big family reunion (9 people). Clean, bright and spacious. Each bedroom had an en-suite shower room, which was handy.
Beautiful view towards old town. We were lucky with weather, so could sit in the garden and balcony. Bbq facilities.
Giorgi and Tati are excellent hosts, and would sort any queries/ issues efficiently.
We would stay again in the villa if in Tbilisi with a big company.
