United StatesThe property was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The room very clean and cute, the location was perfect - super close to the ferry port and the chora, and the host family was ABOVE AND BEYOND! They were the nicest family ever. They came to the ferry port to pick us up, help carry our bags, and walk us to the stay while also explaining the area and things to do. They created a whole guide of the best beaches, restaurants, clubs, and activities to do in Ios. They even helped us rent a car and helped us out with our car rental issue since our ferry left earlier than the cat rental place opened. The property and host family is the best stay i've ever booked!!!

United StatesWhat a find! Ios Sea View was exceptional! A set of modern, ultra-clean apartments perched on a small hill with sweeping views of the sea and town. Loved the infinity pools and the bar (open from 11-7 daily). Two minute walk into Chora, on the bus route, and includes a ride to/from the port from the owner. Our apartment was immaculate and had a full kitchen with washer-drier, a coffee machine - plus bottled water in the fridge. The shower pressure was amazing and there are hair dryers. I would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect!

One of the favourite rooms we've ever stayed in, really spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Had a private courtyard and pool (which was cleaned daily and much bigger than we expected). Exceedingly friendly staff who helped us book excursions. Great choice at breakfast including fresh omelettes (this wasn't obvious at first, you have to ask). Good number of beach loungers available (although it was so windy when we were there we couldn't really use the beach).

Lovely outdoor area with flowers, spacious balcony with blue shutters. Very comfortable room with tonnes of space. Bathroom so nice with some small bottles of shampoo/body wash which was great. Lovely man gave us a lift to the port free of charge when we checked out.

our room overlooked the pool , it was clean , reasonably spacious. they arranged transfers for us from the ferry and back to it for just 8 euro each way . the owner was really friendly as were his 2 sons who ran the place . the pool was fine , quite a few sunbeds and a bar with reasonable prices . they arranged car hire for us and looked after us.
this place for us and this island was the best of all the islands we visited.

We had the best time staying at Olga! The family who run the hotel are so so friendly and helpful, picking us up at the Port, giving us great recommendations for the Island and helping us book different activities.
Everywhere is super clean, nice view over the port from the bedroom balcony, good music on by the pool and great vibes😎❤️

What a find this was. Beautiful location and such a friendly family who couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was memorable.. beautiful room and the view out of the window straight onto the sea 5m away was stunning.. we will return!
And the home made breakfasts that you got up and chose and took back to your balcony to eat was another treat we weren’t expecting.

Very close to beach, port and main town. Good balcony and room was big. The staff were lovely, our ferry was not until 4:30pm and Helios let us stay in our room until then which was great because it saved us carrying our big backpacks about. Helios also picked us up from port free of charge.

I loved that they allowed me to check in early as I got off my ferry at 8am. I checked in at 11am because they hurried to clean the room for me which I appreciated x They upgraded my room for free which was so generous. They helped with any queries I had. I thought it was also such a good location, only a 10 minute walk down the steps/hill to Mylopotas beach using the shortcut or 10 min walk into the main village. It had a beautiful view of the coast! The room itself had everything you need and the aircon was really good!

George, Maria and family were so welcoming. George picked us up from the port and collected us, which is such a nice incentive! The pool is lovely and clean! The food and drinks at the pool are nice and good value! Our room was spacious and clean it’s exactly what you want on holidays. Location is great and a 2 minute walk from pubs nightclubs restaurants and bars but still far enough away that you aren’t affected by noise. The bus stop is also very close. I would recommend anyone considering to come to Ios to stay here!

Excellent choice for a stay in Ios.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with incredible views. Walking distance to Chora, nearby beaches, and even the port, although bus stop is only steps away.
Evangelia, the owner, is very kind and accommodating.

The style and location of the property is spot on! The vibe is very laid back and the owners couldn’t do enough for us. We are a couple in our 30’s and attended Ios for a wedding, using the hotel as our base over the 3 day stay. Our room was spotlessly clean each day and we enjoyed using the jacuzzi on our terrace too. If we returned to Ios we would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic view of the port, simple but spacious room and a great balcony. Despina has welcomed us with a very kind smile and everything went smoothly. The hotel is right by the port and very easy to find. Windows and doors are air-sealed which blocked all the noise from outside.

Great location if you want to stay near Mylopotas Beach - only a few minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Lovely spacious apartment - we got upgraded to a room with a private pool after there was a problem with our original booking. Very clean and great having fresh linen each day. The shared pool is lovely with an amazing view over the beach. About 1.5km walk uphill to the Old Town of Ios, but there is a bus stop right outside and restaurants close by on the beach.
