I loved how cozy and modern the design was. The sea view from the balcony was magical, just like in the pictures + beautiful sunsets. Very nice modern bathroom, comfy bed. From 8am to 2pm coffee and tea are available in the lobby, hot and cold drinking water is always available in the hallway. Mini bar had water, beer, ouzo. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk to downtown, which was perfect for walking off a nice dinner :) also about 8 minutes walk to wine museum - I recommend to visit. Arthemis at reception was very nice and helpful. It is a great place to relax and unwind

Our stay at Maria’s was extraordinary. Upon arrival, Maria warmly greeted us and even kindly upgraded our room. The property is perfectly located right across from the beach. 2 minute walk and you’re at the beach! You can hear the ocean from your room. Despite being on the main road, it is very quiet. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely terrace and AC. Maria and her family made a lovely breakfast each morning - eggs, coffee, greek yogurt and honey, tomatoes on toast. Maria was so kind and helpful, even calling our cab for us back to the airport. If you’re thinking of coming to Samos and don’t know where to stay, come to Kokkari just to stay at Maria’s. I’m so happy we picked here for our vacation, thank you Maria!

Beautiful renovated hotel near the port with very helpful staff. Got a welcome drink and let us check in early with no charges. Whomever decorated this place knew what they were doing. Would stay here again at the right price-point.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was great. Room and general hotel design is so clean and beautiful it makes me feel so chill. Breakfast is open buffet and delicious. This is an amazing hotel with some of the best staff we have met in our travels throughout Greece. They were kind, attentive to all our needs, and helped us find our way around. The hotel has a spa like feel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean; with ocean views that are second to none! Up on the hill, this hotel is far enough from town to be a quiet sanctuary, but also within walking distance from amazing restaurants and shopping.
