We stayed in Costa Smeralda during our holidays in July, and we loved our time there! It had a breathtaking view, overlooking the lovely cliffs and crystal blue sea of Syvota. The room was big and extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool with sea water, which helped us relax in the afternoons. The hotel was in an ideal location, which was very close to Bella Vraka Beach and helped us in many ways. We loved the luxury and comfort that the hotel offered us, and we would love to come again.

Beautiful place with an amazing garden! The location is totally ideal as it is in a quiet street but only 1 min walk to the beachfront. Great room with very nice balcony! You can order breakfast via phone and they deliver it to your room - amazing idea! Our host Olga was such a sweet and lovely person who made our stay extra special! The best place to stay in Syvota for real! The wifi was also very good (maybe even for people who want to work remotely and stay longer!).

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have cute terraces with amazing views towards the bay. The breakfast is generous and uniquely delicious, containing various hand-made Greek dishes. The staff is extremely kind, responsive and always ready to help. There are several beaches nearby - both bigger and smaller for all preferences. Although our journey is 7 hours without waiting at the border and toll tax checkpoints, we are coming here for the second year, hoping this is just the beginning :)

The family run hotel is very new and very well kept and clean. We had a family room which was very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, they helped us with all kind of transport questions we had and can book taxi and make phone calls for inquiries. If English fails google translate helps! Breakfast is plentiful and varied typical Greek style.

Very pleasant stay in a nice, clean, and spacious room. The balcony was a plus if you choose to relax after busy days on the beach. Also, the location is very practical to visit all famous beaches and the center of Syvota as well, without having to stay "downtown." Literally, 2 minutes drive to get there. Last but not least, Emanuella, the host, is simply wonderful, offering nice chats and tips for the area. A great attitude, with a constant smile. Thank you!

The villa itself is perfect in every way, especially if you go with a group of friends. It's very spacious, has lots of amenities and it literally feels like home. The host Antonis is one of the nicest hosts I ever met and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible for which we're thankful. The views of the terraces are breathtaking and the villa is only a few minutes drive from a local bakery, supermarket and the centre of Sivota as well as the most famous beach in the region Bela Vraka.

For a transit night it was good, nice breakfast.
I think we got an upgrade but I'm not sure..we had a double standard booked (with balcony) and we received a room that now I identify from pictures as a family room (maybe bigger but no balcony). At least we had the view at the back of the hotel where the car was parked.
