This property was simply great. Catarina, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Our room was really clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a super friendly and clean place to stay, this is the spot. Plus all you have to do is walk 2 minutes and you can get a clear view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. I would definitely return in the future!!

Classic design of the house, great view, cozy balcony and yard, most comfy beds, room temperature very good, despite not having air condition. Owner very pleasant and helpful, he did his best to satisfy a certain request for my car.

The breakfast was tasty and fresh, mostly homemade and there were plenty of options. The view was amazing ! The rooms are very spacious, the beds extra comfy and there are high quality sunbeds outside some of the rooms where you can gaze at the scenery. Flat screens in the rooms are huge for a hotel, my kids had a blast. Ask for info about the rafting and trekking activities, an absolute pleasure you shouldn't miss out on.

The location in the town of Vitsa was very quiet and calm. A beautiful town square with restaurants next door made a great place to relax. The location is central to many Vikos attractions. The host was amazing and provided many great itinerary options for our self driving tour. The hotel has a great breakfast and rooms are clean and comfortable.

A romantic little hotel, set in three traditional stone houses in Papingo, the most beautiful and well-preserved village in Zagorochoria. Our room was spacious and clean, with a well-sized bathroom. Breakfast was good, served on the open terrace in summer.
