United StatesThis is a great apartment; it is exactly as pictured, with stunning views and a comfortable living area perfect for family time. The kitchen is decently equipped with essentials for basic vacation meals (although we had to go to several stores to find coffee capsules to fit the coffee machine!). The AC in every room was awesome since temps were in the high 90s (37c)! We had some slight difficulty unlocking our key box on arrival, but Ana was very responsive through the booking app and quick to help us! She was great!

Everything new,clean and functional. Very good quality cookware,nice balcony with very nice sea view and shade until late afternoon. The sea just 3 minutes walk, sunbeds provided for free. Overall great hosts and facilities!

Everything was great, the location, the state of the apartment, comfortable rooms with AC, well-equipped kitchen, huge terrace, panoramic views, private beach and another public beach really close. 10/10 overall

The apartment is fabulous. Finished to a really high standard throughout. The large terrace has great sea views and the beach is a stones through away. Ivan and his family were delightful. They continually ensured that we had everything we needed. We booked about an hour before arrival and the family were so accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Spotless clean, spacious just enough for 2 people. Nice outdoor area with chairs. Apartment very well equipped, just everything you need. Owners were very nice, friendly and helpful.
Grocery store located just 1-2 minutes walking distance. Beach and restaurants around 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We liked our stay in this apartment very much. It is very spacious with nice terrace and beautiful view. Living area is modern and connected with kitchen. There where all needed appliances in the kitchen, as well as in the bathroom. Slatine beach was 10 minutes walk. Studenac store was very close. Good wifi, easy parking.

Really peaceful location if you want to rest and spend some time with your family/friends, near a beautiful beach and a comfortable walk or quick bike ride away from the "city". The apartment is really big (bigger and more spacious than the Croatian "standard") and quite well equiped. We also really appreciated the air conditioning, generous balcony and the secured, organized parking space. The owners are one of the kindest people we have ever met and really made the stay even more comfortable!

The view is amazing from the balcony. Beach is very close ( about 100 metres ), apartment is very clean, owner of the apartment is very friendly and kind person. Pool is also great to have. We can easily park there. Tommy market is nearby ( 50 meters away ).

Marijana was great host, very responsive via text messages. Provided wine, coffee and other goodies. Great experience.
The apartment is very close to the sea with a beautiful natural coastline.
The late entrance was made very easy with a lockbox. Apartment has nice naturally secluded balcony. Kitchenette is small but has amazing selection of machines and cookware. Very clean, good solid AC.

The house is located in a very close distance to the sea in a quiet area where you can enjoy the view and relax.
We had a nice apartment facing the sea with a big balcony (in fact two of them) where you can drink morning coffee or spend a nice time in the evening with a glass of wine.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. There's a small grocery shop just across the street very well supplied, so you don't need to worry that you ran out with bread, butter or beers ;)

We had a lovely week in Villa Ana. Two bedroom & two bathroom apartment . The property was very clean. Lovely heated pool and beach across the road . Sunbeds & umbrella provided. Amazing sea view. . It was a short walk down the road to some bars & restaurants. Ana collected us from the airport and brought us back for our return flight.. She took us to supermarket for supplies. She also organised a lovely trip to Kirka Waterfalls which was amazing. Highly recommend . Thanks Ana & Daniel

I had a wonderful stay at Mia apartment. The view of the sea from the balcony was stunning, with gorgeous sunsets. The apartment is modern, well-furnished, and filled with natural light. It's conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful seaside retreat!

I had a really nice weekend here!. I arrived late night after 22 and Diana, the administrator, was waiting for me despite the time. She was very nice and helpful. Also when I checked out Diana was very nice and let me stay a bit longer as my flight was at night. My room had a nice view to the beach. Everything was clean and in perfect conditions. I will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends who are visiting split!

Fantasic place to be. Calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Around 2/3 mins walk to sea.. but you even don’t have to go there because here you have a pool as well. You can also use bbq place which we found amazing ☺️Great view from balcony as you can see in the pictures ❤️😇

Sharing an honest opinion can be a daunting task, but it's crucial to provide feedback for the benefit of future guests. The apartment we stayed in was equipped with all the necessary amenities and boasted a stunning terrace view. The overall cleanliness was satisfactory, although we did notice a damaged cabinet and a waste bin in the bathroom. Moreover, there were some cobwebs in the apartment and minor marks of funges on the shower cabin joints. Despite these minor issues, the apartment's condition was generally pleasing.
