The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

During our last night there, a lady staff was kind enough to help deliver my wife's medications from the lobby up to our room without us requesting for it.

Amazing location, right next to the ferry terminal. Hotel room was clean and spacious with smart TV.
Breakfast buffet also had amazing spread of local foods such as bakso, lontong, nasi lemak etc.

Receptionist were very delightful and a warm welcome. Given welcome drink and pcs of cake. Hotel was super clean. My room was spacious and good part is have singapore local channel. After 10 years when this hotel.. very good and recommended.

I loved the breathtaking Seaview from our 1 bedroom villa and outstanding hospitality of all the staff that we met. Everyone had a warm smile and really made our day. The panoramic sea view from my room was mesmerising. Can't get enough of waking up to the sound of waves.

Location was quite accessible to some malls. Room was spacious and comfortable, got a free upgrade as well. Live performance during dinner on one of the days possibly due to an event.

Room 204 2 Bedroom suite was cosy.
Breakfast was okay. Not much variety.
Hi-tea was at 4 pm-6 pm. By 5 pm, the snacks ran out quickly. I suggest adding some mini sandwiches to the high tea instead of all pastries.
It will be good if there's a baby/kids pool.
The concierge Felix was very helpful, and guest service was excellent. He handled the guest promptly.
Thanks to the management for having a such great service team!

i loved the view from the master’s bedroom. very relaxing and it’s very spacious 🫶🏻
all the staff are very accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay.
mr. erwin (housekeeping manager) made it sure that everything is okay at our villa.
mr. ajis (spa & wellness staff), he is very entertaining. me and my friends had so much fun!!

We stayed at the 1 bedroom which was really comfortable for us as a family of 3. The room was very nice and had Netflix. The kitchen was not equipped at all except for pots to cook and some cutlery and a induction hob. But nothing to clean with. There is a water cooler available which is very convenient and a fridge. The location is so good and very central with lots to choose from in terms of food. There is a good mall about 10 min walk away and a cheap laundromat which was extremely convenient
