Great location, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with a nice balcony and amazing showers. The staff are nice and helping, and the atmosphere in the lobby and lunchroom is great.
Cakes and coffee was delicious but maybe some vegetables like cucumber or tomatoes would be good to add to the breakfast.
The trash bin could be bigger and it would be good to have an ashtrays in the balcony.

Spacious, clean house. Big garden. Has everything we needed.
We chose this location because of Le tour de France. To our surprise it passed right under our balcony❤️.we loved it. Spent 7 nights- it wasnt enough :).

Everything was great. Very friendly and responsive owners. They are always ready to listen to you and try to help if they can. The room is spacious and clean with a kitchen. Snow-white linen on the beds. The air conditioner is working. The kitchen has everything you need. A spacious balcony with a sea view. The hotel has an elevator.
My family liked everything very much. I will definitely come here again if I have the chance.

Above all, the kindness of the host who is at your disposal from the moment you arrive. The hotel is in an excellent location, everything is nicely arranged and maintained. Our room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Also, the hotel has agreements with the nearby beach and restaurant, which was very helpful. After many visits to Rimini, I can only praise and recommend this great hotel and wonderful hosts.

Terrible hotel. We booked a three person bedroom but ended up with a tiny tiny double bedrooms with an extra bed. You would have thought you would get a bigger room as it was listed as a three person room and NOT a double bedroom with an extra bed. The room was so small we needed to move the chairs and the night stands to the balcony and we were still not able to open up three suitcases.

The hotel is really close to the beach, it's on the other side of the road. Our room was spacious and clean. The windows are sound proof, which is really handy, since there is always some party going on down the beach. The employees are nice, they will always try their best to help.

Excellent hotel near the sea. The rooms are not large, but with a balcony from our room we could see the sea. The room was clean with daily cleaning of the room. Friendly staff. The hotel included breakfast, although it was standard, but there were a lot of sweets and fruits, as well as freshly squeezed juices. We traveled With a family by car, it was important to have parking at the hotel. We liked everything.

Bedroom was spacious and equipped with air conditioning which worked great. We arrived late and the staff were very kind to wait up for us which we really appreciated. Breakfast was quite basic but great that it was included (coffee was great though), saved us having to go out and look for food. Private parking was a huge bonus. Overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood, would recommend!

Everything about this apartment was beautiful. Nice clean bedroom with big closet, comfortable bed and pillows and soft towels. Two big terrace, great kitchen and a coffee machine. Great location few steps from the beach, nice restaurants and shops. Tasia and Julia, the hosts were amazing! Friendly positive, always smiling and very professional. Always there to make your staying even more comfortable. Simply perfect! We'll be back for sure! :) Thank you girls ^^
