Lovely new hotel right in the city centre. The gym is huge and has great equipment available, pool area is neat and spacious and the room was comfortable and clean. One thing to note is that some rooms have window facing an internal ventilation shaft rather than the street, so if you want to have a view, choose the room with balcony. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast is a bit simple but has your choice of eggs/noodles/rice/bread/etc. Will happily return.

We booked a two bedroom suite for 3 adults and 2 children which was spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. Due to an early start for an Angkor Wat tour and the following day onward travel, we requested breakfast boxes which were great and had lots of choice. All of this food was also vegetarian which was great. The pool was clean and a lovely size for some relaxing.

This 4 star hotel gave us the 5 star treatment. We were given a lovely family room that had a separate bedroom for our children. Our bedroom was super spacious with a view of the pool. The staff couldn't haven't been nicer or more polite.

A new hotel with an easy walk to the night market and Pub Street it was well located and if it rained a tuk tuk was only1.00USD to get back to the hotel and the hotel supplied a unique umbrella. The checkin welcome was memorable with very friendly staff please see attached photo. The rooms are spacious and adequate with a balcony, we used to have a cocktail and watch the sun-set. The rooftop pool bar looks out in the same westerly direction but you have to negotiate a staircase to get there.

I was very happy with the hotel. The staff was great, very accommodating and kind. The room was really nice, spacious, cool decor, and clean. The location was spot on. Central to all things and it felt safe. And I had one of the best massages in my room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jungle and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
From the moment we arrived we were met with friendly welcoming staff that truly made us feel at home.
The hotel is small, intimate, the rooms are spacious, the hotel staff kindly upgraded us free of charge.
The beds are the most comfortable we’ve encountered. Restaurant and pool area is also spotless and really peaceful.
After hours of seeing temples sipping on a delicious cocktail by the pool is the perfect solution!

It is great place for large family. We have a 3 bedroom and it is v spacious. The bed is very comfortable. We have a nice swim at the pool. Breakfast was great.

The village setting with pond and restaurant as a centre piece, surrounded by lush greenery give's a peaceful and serene atmosphere...Gorgeous!
Rooms are spacious, clean with all the amenities, I was upgraded to poolside which was a bonus.
Located just outside the noise of Pub street but a short walk away if you feel like indulging in the craziness.
Staff was brilliant and greet's you with a smile whenever you pass by, would attend to your needs promptly.

The room was very spacious and good for 3 people.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was satisfactory. I did receive an upgrade to my room via my booking with Booking.Com to a room with a small private pool in the back garden however I didn't use this as the water was very misty/milky in color and I could smell high level of chlorine. It's a nice, pleasant hotel in a good location but could improve in some areas.

The hotel was excellent; my room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, I felt that the breakfast could have been improved.
