United KingdomWe arrived at Summerhill Bungalow in pouring rain, which didn't stop throughout our two night stay. It was actually a blessing as my husband and I just stayed in enjoying the lovely calm atmosphere of this historic house, playing pool, reading and generally relaxing and enjoying the peace.
Most of all, Shimal, Raoul and the team made us feel so welcome. They looked after us so well throughout our stay, even putting hot water bottles in the bed when the evenings got chilly. The food was delicious, much of it based on produce and herbs from their own garden.

The location outside nuwara eliya is perfect if you want to be out of the city. The cabin is three bedrooms very large would be great for a family or group. The host was very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns. She provided us extra blankets as we underestimated the weather in nuwara eliya.
The meals she made were delicious and healthy.

The location is easily accessible from the main road and parking is available. The view is exceptionally beautiful. The family room we booked is spacious, clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and host and the staff were friendly and helpfull and did the maximum to make our stay enjoyable.Surely they know what they are to do. Meals were delicious. The hospitality we received is best. Definitely worth the money spent. Would visit again.

Place was clean, the staff were attentive (bordering on over attentive) and happy to help with bags up the hill and up to the rooms. They upgraded one of our rooms free of charge. The breakfast was good. Provided items in room like razor, comb, vanity kit etc. Shower was hot and powerful.

The Seven Hills restaurant's buffet was exquisite, and the rooms were both spacious and comfortable, with adequate heating. Additionally, I enjoyed the breathtaking view. Extremely tidy. The terrace's 360-degree view was delightful. An ideal destination for a family vacation

Memorable stay!
We stayed in this villa for two nights in June. Mr. Vikum was very generous and upgraded our room upon request, providing us with a spacious room and an extra crib for our child. He also arranged vegetarian food from Ambaal's.
During sunrise and sunset, we observed mist all around the balcony, which is how this property seemed to get its name. The view of the city was fabulous from the top.

Highly recommended to families and couples. We had a beautiful room with a view of Gregory lake. And the location was so convenient. We were able to walk to Gregory Lake from Country Club.
We were very well taken care of and the food was superb! Me & My wife loved the Sri Lankan breakfast!

The place was absolutely amazing, the room was so big and the view was amazing! The owners were friendly. They had a son who gave us a card and some souvenirs as a thank you for staying with them. The WiFi was good. And the room was so chilly during night as it was at the top of the hill. You will be sharing the balcony with the owners as they have a room right next to our room.

This property had very very beautiful big rooms, very nice design overall, it was sparkling clean, the beds were big and extra comfortable, we had a quite large balcony with an amazing view over Nuwara Eliya.
The staff very very welcoming, helpful and polite.
Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from and it is served on a rooftop terrace.
I felt amazing staying here and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The place is awesome. They’re equipped with modern furniture and facilities. Very clean and cozy. Stuff was nice & friendly, quickly responsive.
View from the balcony was good.
We needed a room upgrade for a balcony room and they provide it with very low extra fee.
No trouble at Check-outs.
They have pool table & poosball too.

The hotel is well located, slightly out of town with a beautiful view over the lake. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was huge and delicious; one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredible - they helped us arrange tuk tuks whenever we needed one and reasonably priced excursions. Nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile.

Dhammika and his family were wonderful hosts. The room was lovely and spacious, clean, well lit and modern. The hot shower was amazing! Balcony views overlook rice fields with the sound of stream running and birds. Food was DELICIOUS - we especially loved the hoppers, mushroom curry, pumpkin curry and green/coconut salad - the best food we have had in Sri Lanka! We stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave. Highly recommend :)

Very spacious and comfortable- 6 bedrooms with very large lounge spaces to accommodate any kind of leisure. Set on very large private grounds the property is very peaceful and relaxing yet close to the town and main attractions. We were very lucky to be the only guests for 3 days and were pampered by the wonderful Roshan and his team. Superb cooking, fabulous house keeping, a welcoming fire and a wake up pot of tea to our room first thing. Roshan also arranged transport and laundry for us. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed for two nights at Glenfall, and it was a lovely experience. The rooms were quite spacious, and the management kindly upgraded us to deluxe rooms, although we had initially booked standard ones. The breakfast was a nice English breakfast, and they were considerate enough to provide us with packed breakfasts on our first morning as we had an early departure to Horton Plains. The staff were very accommodating. The living room area also provided a nice atmosphere for evening tea and casual conversations. Thank you for a lovely stay.
