The apartment was beautiful, and very spacious to travel with kids. The kitchen was very handy. And their breakfast spread and timings were also very good and relaxed. It was also in the middle of the city, so - everything was just a stone's throw away.

I travelled almost 50 countries and stayed lot of hotels, home stays and bed and breakfast but I was amazed with the hospitality of Roy (thank you). It was really a home like stay. Everything was exceptional, the room, the facilities, location and the fresh breakfast which Roy brought into our room with a smile. Roy kept asking about our needs. I will say that t Westerkwartiertje is gem 💎. Currently there is only one room with no provision of extra beds. This B&B is suitable for couples. Located in small town of Aduard, just 8km outside of Groningen and easily accessible by Car, Uber etc. 100% recommend.

A great place to stay that is off the beaten path, yet has easy access to the main roadways. The check in was easy as the host met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The parking was plentiful and parking in front, we could see the car from the room. The security was good as the town was fairly small and there was not a lot of traffic on the road out front. You enter in a hallway with rooms on the left and the breakfast room on the right. The breakfast room is nice with big picnic-style tables and a refrigerator that is also for the using. The host has also included some niceties, like soda and wine that you may purchase in the breakfast room. If you wanted to get some takeaway and bring it back, this would be a nice, quiet and roomy place for a meal. The bed was nice and comfortable and it has a TV, but we didn’t use it. The room also had a love seat and a table. The shades close easily and the windows open if you need some more air in the room. The bedding was O.K. and there were side tables with plugs on both sides. The bathroom was nice, clean and spacious and the shower was great. The host even included some nice shampoo and soap. The surroundings are nice as the property is very well kept and the outdoor space is very comfortable. I would recommend a stay here, especially if you want a great, out-of-the-way place for a good night’s sleep.

Beautiful location with lots of peace. Breakfast with delicious fresh products was prepared with great care. Reception and communication with the owner was very pleasant. We are staying there with a 1-year-old child, and it is extremely suitable for that.
