I had a wonderful time at Fundo San Silvestre. Rose and Rogel are perfect hosts, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and generous. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, home-cooked with local ingredients, fruits and avocado freshly picked from their garden. The rooms are clean and luminous, with balconies from which one can see the sun rising over the Cordillera Blanca.

Everything! I stayed at many different low-cost hotels and hospedajes throughout Peru on this trip and this one was the best. Excellent value for the quality of room that you get. Location is really good, down a relatively quiet hidden side street but still close to everything. Lovely balcony. The staff were nice and helpful. Water was hot and the views were excellent!

La Casa de Zarela is a wonderful place to stay - good location - fine rooms (not luxury, but good) - and Zarela is incredibly helpful and kind with an easygoing attitude. A very nice vibe about the place and it has a shared kitchen and great spaces to sit and work. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it highly.

The BEST and CHEAPEST hotel I stayed at over more than 5 weeks in Peru. The room is so nice, bed so comfortable, shower so hot, and owners so helpful! Plus they provide free breakfast and book day tours for you!

The staff were amazing! So so friendly and excellent advice for day trips etc. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, perfect temperature and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious.

We had a pleasant stay at Dream House and got welcomed warmly by the owner. It's in a quiet area of Huaraz. The room was clean and cozy. The communal area with kitchen has a beautiful view over Huaraz.

Great quiet place with nice mountain views and beautiful garden. Bely and Jorge are awesome, we really enjoyed wonderful food, they make the best beer in Peru and the music evenings/afternoons were so relaxing, they are great singers and Jorge is great guitar player. They also helped us arrange package shipment to Pomabamba with our trekking supplies. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated. Thank you for the wonderful experience and nice memories.

I can recommend this hostel! The owner is very nice and helpful. The location is just perfect, right where you want to be in Huaraz. And the room was comfy.
We were thankful that an early check in after arrival with a night bus was possible since our room was ready (always ask in advance). More over, we could stay the day of our checkout, which was really helpful since we were on a long day hiking.
All in all, one of the best places we've stayed at.
