United StatesAll around excellent! Great location, and clean/comfortable place. I have to say Lory was absolutely amazing, so sweet and helpful with everything! When we go back to siquijor we will staying at Gupat! And yes, there is some construction going on...but they are just making the place even better!

The location is perfect because it’s in the outskirts of the noisy San Juan but still very close. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. I booked a private room and it’s very comfortable, not a small private place but it is bigger than I thought. The staff are very accommodating and hospitable. They also have a restaurant below where you can dine in and have their delicious meals. Everything on this place is just perfect. I would recommend this to everyone and would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at Canjahawon Nipa Hut.
The Huts are very cozy and beautiful. If you’re looking for the big hut with the terrace you need to book it on air bnb.
The Area has a small restaurant with the most delicious Filipino cuisine and great view to sit down and play cards/ spend the evening with the other guests.
Ate Feh and the whole family are very nice people and we are great full to have met them.

Location was peaceful which I liked. The view from my room was so relaxing. The beach front is rocky but my grandson loved the tide pools during low tide. The staff was excellent and made us feel at home. I loved the resident dogs, well cared for and loved.

We really enjoyed the ambiance and found the room to be very spacious. The pool is well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the bathroom concept. Having a restaurant on-site was very convenient, and the location is fantastic.

The staff is adorable. They helped me rent a scooter. The room is very spacious as is the bed although not so comfortable.
Outdoor area convenient from smoking. The hotel is literally facing the sea, so relaxing at night to listen to the waves. 15-20 minutes ti Tubod marine sanctuary and Paliton beach a little farther off. Nice restaurants walking distance.

It’s such a great location close to lots of restaurants, shops & the beach! The lady who takes care of the property is just the sweetest - always around for anything you need help with & keeps the place immaculate! The room itself is really clean, comfortable, good AC & a lovely modern bathroom! We loved sitting out on the balcony chairs relaxing with a book or glass of wine!

The resort felt very luxurious. It is beautifully furnished. Staff were professional and friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. I loved the pools and having the length of the beach to ourselves. The pool bar was also a fun touch. The Coco Grove Apo Island was excellent too. Receptionists were very organised.

If you want peace then this place is for you. This is not for everyone since the room is basic, there's no AC but the weather and ventilation is great when I stayed. Toilet is nice and clean also. There is a mini bar as well so you can get a beer and water without going outside.

This hotel is exceptional! we had an amazing stay, I can’t thank the staff enough they were so friendly and we were greeted with smiles everyday. Our room was beautiful! Really fresh decor, spacious and very comfortable 😊
The Italian Restaurant made the BEST pizza’s all fresh and super delicious! We also had dinner on our balcony and it was really nice, this was one of our best stays in the whole of the Philippines ♥️

Nice quiet relaxing resort, spacious fresh room with private toilet, large comfortable terrace with chairs and table, suited hammock provided. Small refrigerator and closet. The best, after the delicious food offered by the cook's is an amazing swimming pool with a jacuzzi on the edge, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Bar, restaurant and a super fast star link wifi. Thanks Michael, Matunia and staff.
