Very friendly staff.
Clean and spacious swimming pool with water temperature that makes it pleasant to use during the day. We also tried it in the mornings and evenings.
During our stay, all the neighbors were friendly — no parties, everything was perfect.

United KingdomLovely, welcoming couple have renovated the house to an exceptionally high standard. The rooms were beautifully furnished & very comfortable. We were fortunate enough to have the room with an en-suite bathroom & terrace. One evening we made use of the living room on the first floor.
There was so much choice at breakfast & the hosts give the impression that nothing is too much trouble.
We would love to come back to Vila Julieta & highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is housed in an old monastery. It is stuffed with books, which is fantastic for those who love reading and exploring bookshops and libraries. It was perfect for us! The room was spacious, a lovely bathroom with a bath. Very comfortable bed. Powerful AC, which is a must in Portugal in summer. Super close to the city walls, but very quiet at night. Breakfast was lovely. We dined in the restaurant once, and it was superb! Very nice and helpful staff!

Amazing property practically at the beach, 3min walking distance. It’s super new, spacious, clean and has everything you need (a little pool, terrace, and living room spaces that we share with the other guests). It’s perfect for everyone as one can go there and have privacy, but also meet the other guests in the common rooms if one wants. The owner is lovely and always available! Cannot recommend this more :)

Very clean and tastefully equipped! My room was spacious with wonderful view on the mountains and the village square. I slept like a baby, it’s very peaceful at night. Staff is extremely friendly, Marta (the owner) was responsive and available for all my requests. There is a little surprise drink, which is a very nice touch. Breakfast with pastry, bread and coffee/tea is in the restaurant in the same building, and parking for free is on the side.

We had a lovely stay with Paula, our room was really spacious and comfortable and her terrace area is lovely with a great view of the city. It was a treat to have the delicious breakfast outside! Paula was so helpful, sharing information about her city and making sure our stay was comfortable! Easy to park on the driveway by the house! Hope we can come again

Spacious and comfortable apartment a stones throw from the center. Had everything we needed to feel at home. Well distributed spaces and a large rooftop terrace. Loads of natural light in the master bedroom.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment, perfect for the 2 of us. The view from the balcony is stunning and you also get the same view from the bedroom.
It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fernanda very kindly provided fruit, biscuits, wine, tea and coffee etc. She also met us outside the property which was great too, much appreciated.

The greeting from the owner on arrival was the most warm welcoming to any accommodation we have ever experienced, we were welcomed like friends, family even it was wonderful. We received a free upgrade as our room was not ready to a 1 bedroom apartment. The property was peaceful and had lovely views, a very short walk into the village with friendly people. I really want to say we did enjoy our one night but were glad we only chose to stay one night also.

Comfortable house right by the ocean, with a big common terrace and well-equipped kitchen. Our room was spacious and clean, and had an amazing sea view. The bathroom was a common one on the floor, but since we were almost the only ones staying that night, it wasn't an issue.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I could feel the presence of Virgin Mary. We got upgraded because our room didn't have a view so we got the family room with the balcony overlooking the church it was incredible to see it light up at night. Hotel is in an excellent location.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean, and everything you need for your stay is provided. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the terrace is huge. Excellent location and a fabulous host. I was so impressed that I extended my stay by 2 nights.

We got a free upgrade into a bedroom with bathroom and a big terrace. The view was good onto the valley.
The ceiling is high and the room spaceous, with heating and cooling, tv etc. The kitchen has a really big fridge and washing machine, dishwasher etc.

Amazing location, right by the Sea as named!!!
Our room located on 1st floor had the balcony on the seaside & great view as booked.
The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi great, again view of sea 🌊 😍 Two night stay & went twice.
Great surprise they have a small kitchen with fridge to leave your food & vino in a basket by room no.
So happy we booked here & highly recommend!
