The spa staff were knowledgeable about the services offered, as well as polite and helpful. We really enjoyed using the spa and pool facilities, and the massage was excellent. We absolutely loved our stay at Luuma, we called it our Sanctuary. Our room was gorgeously decorated and really spacious. The owner and his family, and all the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was yummy and now we are home we are missing the pool and cocktails.

The place was clean and tidy and the sheets smelled really well.
It’s not too far from the center.
The balcony looks nice.
The room is big and spacious, the bed is huge as well.
The AC does its job well, as do all other appliances.

The hotel is excellent. Everything is clean and the rooms are big. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 3 people, and has an enormous roof terrace. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the beach with lounges, umbrellas and bar. There is a shop on site with everything you need. The restaurant has delicious local food for a very good price. The terrace downstairs is a great place to sit with a bar and TV. We will definitely stay here again when in Eforie Nord, and would very highly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious, good amenities, super close to the beach. Very well organised for a vacation with small children. You can either cook or order take out, there are quite a few good options. There are 2 mini markets at the entrance and if you want a bigger one, it is only a 10 min walk.The pool is a plus. All ground floor units have a spacious terrace. The playground for kids is really big. All in all, it was very nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves!

Everything exceeded our expectations, it was a beautiful house with beautiful rooms and a terrace with a view. For a short or a long stay You can really enjoy it and relax, there is wifi, tv with Netflix and YouTube, AC, mini fridge, good shower and comfortable bed. Nice and understanding owner and good communication, we loved it!

My friend and I rented a double room and stayed there for 4 nights. I liked it very much Wonderful room with all amenities: refrigerator, TV, large bed, etc.
Excellent renovation and cleanliness of the premises. The owners are the most responsive people who will answer any question for us.
The room also has a spacious terrace, which we really liked. Definitely recommended: price, quality and accessibility to the sea. This hotel has other advantages

The location and staff were wonderful. The room was clean, had all the amenities and the AC worked super well. Our room had a balcony and we had a coffee machine. As a vegetarian I was in great luck with the kitchen staff, they fulfilled every wish I had. The food was amazing!
