This resort is a little paradise. Perfect location for day trips around the beautiful mountainous Khao Koo area if you have a car. The wooden cottages with access to the pool and hot pool are cozy with separate bedrooms and living area, as well as a veranda. The manager Khun Wee speaks very good English and is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Loved the location and privacy. We were the only guests in this property and the adjoining one, so it was very quiet and peaceful. We were given the upstairs stand-alone room, with stunning views and a private terrace, which we made good use of. Lovely breezes meant we were able to sleep without a/c too.

The caretaker/receptionist was really nice and very kind. She attended to all our requests including changing or rooms to the one with a better view of the mountain. We were treated as if we own the place (feel at home reception). Breakfast was superb, home cooked with real personal touch, and was available for us to finish from 6 am to anytime in the morning 😊. Front and yard gardens are well maintained, relaxing to walk around

Nice cottages surrounded by trees. Near the main road leading to Nam Nao and other parks. There is also small town nearby. The personal did not speak much english but with translator we managed to arrange everything. The terrace with table and bench was nice plus.

The property is in walking distance from bus station and close to many restaurants and entertainment. The room are spacious. Basic, good breakfast of Asian food and toast bread. Located in a very quiet lane. The staff is very friendly. They allowed us to change the room and amend the booking.

The young couple who run this homestay, Khun Ang and Khun Op, are wonderful people. Friendly, very hospitable and full of helpful information about local attractions. The room I had (with flat-screen TV, kettle and balcony) was very good value and Ang was happy to let me change it (from a room with a fan to Aircon) for a small fee. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and brought to my room if I wanted. Very good budget accommodation. I wish them great success in the future - if they do something about their dogs!

The hospitality of the owner, view, tranquility. We slept really well, though it was cold outside but inside the room was warm. Love to sit outside looking at the mountains. Will be back for sure.
