PhilippinesStaying at STAY was the BEST decision I did for my Thailand trip! The room and facilities were exceptional! I found it hard to leave the room because it was so relaxing to stay inside. The facilities were all focused on health and wellness, which are two of the big factors why I chose to book this place. I joined the HIIT and yoga classes, and tried their amazing 3-floor gym. I also loved the cafe and restaurant- everything I tried tasted fresh and well-prepped. I would honestly go back and stay for a month!

We stayed in a deluxe pool villa right at the end which was absolutely beautiful. The room, bathroom and terrace was spacious as well as beautiful designed. The staff were friendly, very attentive and polite. We did the bed and breakfast where we enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning (the omelets were so good). We enjoyed the restaurant menu soo much we ate there each night. (5 nights) overall was such a wonderful experience. WIFI was good throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday.

Love the size of the room. It is super spacious in terms of the room, balcony, as well as the toilet! The room has an extra large king-size bed and comfy bed linen, etc, which we had an absolute good night rest for all 4 nights. We booked our room exactly a year ago with almost 65% discount off the usual rates and with breakfast included. 100% price worthy stay! The room has a smart TV streaming for Netflix & YouTube, etc, and a coffee machine with free capsules topping up on a daily basis during the room makeup service

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, wide selection of cuisines from around the world and the menu was slightly different each day which made it even better. The hotel was very accommodating for young families with kids, the the Kids Club and playground was great. We got a free upgrade to the room with a Jacuzzi so that was excellent.
The staff were friendly, hard working and very accommodating. We required a buggy cart to get to and from our hotel room and the team were very efficient.

We had a balcony with the most stunning views and a terrace upstairs which was incredible to watch the sunset and sunrise from as well as tanning on with an outdoor shower! The staff were so lovely, kind and helpful, and did a really great job keeping our room clean everyday and giving us advice for our trip. The location is great, on the quieter side of the beach, really secluded but a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes.

We didn't get booked room then we upgraded by paying extra for bigger family room.
Hotel is at best location, very nice facilities and very clean.
But we had centralised AC which was only working in hall and both the bedroom was very hot early morning by 5 we woke up as we started feeling hot.
I was not happy after paying 320 dollars if I don't have basic room facilities then it's not worth it.

amazing location right by Bangla Road and only a 5 minute walk down Bangla road to the beach, this is a great option for anyone wanting to head out into Bangla in the evenings.
The staff were very friendly and the check in process was nice and easy, my room was spacious and extremely clean. the maids are also extremely friendly and come along and clean your room every day including fresh bedding and new towels, they come at around 2pm or so which gives anyone partying too hard a chance to get up and out and not miss the cleaning.

This is a very nice property at an excellent location. My room was spacious, clean and equipped with a comfortable bed as well as a little balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The swimming pool was very convenient during the hot summer days. The food at the restaurant was also very good. All the staff were friendly and professional - always ready to help with a smile. I would stay at Citrus Patong Hotel again.

Very spacious, clean room with everything you need! Helpful and friendly stuff, restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. 10 minutes walk to the beach. My room was facing the street, but since there is a window on the balcony as well, it was very quiet at night. Great value for money!

We were here for the fourth time. This time we were given a free upgrade to an apartment with separate bedroom and full kitchen, very spacious. The hotel is located on a beautiful bay with many good and inexpensive restaurants within walking distance. There’s a colorful street market every evening and also a free shuttle to the beach of the 5 star sister hotel The Cape Panwa Hotel which runs frequently.
