The room looked better than the photos. Enjoyed having snacks and tea and writing a note on their post board. Laundry on premises was super convenient.

Nice Japanese style new looking room, very spacious and clean and big balcony. Walkable from bus stop and very peaceful and serene setting. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful in asking breakfast preferences and offering a lift to the bus stop. Very sweet two dogs too. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially during firefly season :)

The hotel is not freshly renovated but this should not stop you. Everything is in very good shape.

Our hotel room was facing the lake and it provided a good view of the sunset over the lake. The view was the best part of the room! Room was clean and spacious as well

A clean spacious room with excellent bathroom. Looked renovated recently. Best shower we have had in Taiwan - stall with door, good hot water, bathroom had hooks for towels etc, shelves/places to put things. Small balcony on our third floor room with small views. Close to busy streets and board walks along lake but quiet.

The room was quite spacious. Enough for 4 adults to move around.

I’ve booked the 獨立棟-星空親子房-附陽台 (Deluxe Family Room). The room is very spacious, double storey, with a spiral slide from top to bottom level, a small balcony and bed with warmer. A family of 3 to 4 can really stay inside the room to spend the time if the weather outside is bad.

The view from the room was superb. The balcony was huge and clean. The bathroom and bedroom were big and comfortable. The location was very good as it was near the walking streets, the place to rent paddles on the lake and the place to board ferries. Their other building nearby has heated swimming pools and onsen. The breakfast place there has a great view too.

The owner was awesome. After knowing that my father cannot climb 100 stairs, she upgraded our rooms to family rooms that can be accessed with a chair lift.
The rooms were big and clean. There is also Air conditioning in the rooms. The balcony also has a great view. The bathroom is huge and clean.
The breakfast was great too. I enjoyed it very much.
The location of this property is also great. It is located near to 7-11 and Starbucks.
I highly recommend this property!

Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Excellent location 2 minutes from shuttle bus station and 2 minutes the other way to the pier.
Room #1 was spacious, had a balcony with a view to the mountains (beyond the parking lot).
If you get a front facing room it's terrific value for money.
