The staff were excellent, super helpful and polite. The hotel has a great location, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City in District 1 and close to the markets, various historical sites, and restaurants. They have a beautiful rooftop bar with city views and their spa is to die for, it was excellent! I highly recommend this hotel!

BulgariaGreat and super comfortable rooms, had the chance to stay in the older part of the hotel where it felt very cosy then the more modern room with the balcony where the only better thing was the new bathroom/shower. Great breakfast, super helpful staff special thanks to Anna and the breakfast crew! Free laundry delivered same day. Small quiet street in the middle of the busy city. Definitely recommending!

ChinaThis hotel was a great find for me! The location for District 1 is very good. Restaurants, Banks, Viettel, cafes, busses to destinations around Vietnam, etc are nearby. Oh, and if bars are your thing, 10 min walk puts you in as many bars as you like. Cafes: my favorite are Hanoi Egg Coffee and Cong cafe. Both are rated highly in HCMC.
Staff is super helpful.
Breakfast was good and Fleur is of wonderful help.
Bed was superb. Great A/C and WiFi. Very good shower.
Spotless clean!

Location, location, location. Easy walking distance to the independence palace, city hall and Ben Tanh Market just around the corner. Lots of food stalls (coffee, noodle soups, and banh Mi) and mini mart in front of the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Family room was spacious and great breakfast buffet. Excellent value for money.

Good location just a 5 minutes walking distance from the airport.
Our room was quite spacious for a reasonable price.
Easy self check out process in case you're leaving from the hotel outside of the working hours.

The location is really good. We booked this stay, last minute, 2 days before our travel as the 1st one we booked was not responding. The host was very responsive and she helped us arrange service from the airport as well. It’s a 3 bedroom villa with 2 baths and nice view of the city. We had a great stay! Thank you very much. We highly recommend this property!

White Lotus Hotel is a hidden gem in saigon. The room with the balcony was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the balcony door did not lock, and they sorted it out quickly. The hotel is central to district 1 and in walking distance to all the sights, and the hotel is placed in a quiet area of district 1. I will be staying there again. The breakfast is fine and they made my boyfriend a great vietnamese coffee which he enjoyed 😉

Excellent apartment - very spacious indeed with 4 bedrooms and a number of bathrooms with a kitchen and huge living room. The staff are super polite and helpful. Its ideally located in the center and walking distance to many of the attractions and places that you would want to visit. Would most definitely recommend.

Located very close to museums, former presidential palace, and markets, it was walking distance to everything. The staff were so courteous and friendly. The rooftop bar and small pool great to sit by at the end of the day with fantastic view of skyline, buildings and green space nearby. The foyer was a comfortable space to sit and read when not in our room. The complimentary afternoon tea and musical performances by local musicians a great way to unwind in the air conditioning after a day visiting sites.

We chose this hotel because it's in the center, minutes walk to everything. Stunning view of all Ho Chi Minh City day and night from our clean and comfortable Grand Three Bedroom and a connected Grand Studio on the 38th floor.
The staff is very friendly and professional.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel for our stay in Ho Chi Minh. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and all the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel’s ammenities are also great, we enjoyed using the pool and rooftop area to relax during our stay and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and afternoon tea provided at the hotel.

Location of the hotel was fantastic. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions. The room itself was spacious, with a small sitting area and a private balcony where we could people-watch. It was very hot during the days so it was good to have a powerful aircon in the room. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection and seating was out on a terrace with nice views.
