VietnamThis is our second time back at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially the receptionist Sarah. They even surprised us with an incredible room upgrade with an amazing view and amenities. The location is super central and has plenty of great food options available. The breakfast was varied with great service.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. Definitely value for money.

The breakfast was good. My parents stayed in a one bedroom villa, which I would recommend over the hotel room. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed the Blue Lobster restaurant so much!

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa - which was an excellent way to start the vacation. There were a lot of things that were good at the resort
1. Staff were responsive and friendly, esp Mr Quan (at Windy) and Mr Chung (at Green)
2. Villa was spacious and comfortable, pool was well maintained
3. Spa experience was very good
4. Clean and large pool - the basketball ring was a nice addition
5. Grounds were clean and well maintained
6. Golf cart/buggy availability was excellent despite the resort being very full

You can walk to several restaurants, supermarkets, and massage shops. The beach is also very close and there is a small swimming pool and gym at the top. The room is clean, cool and spacious. There are stairs to the lobby. The size of the room is larger than expected, the windows are large and openable, and there is also a small terrace. The morning breakfast had a simple selection of dishes.

Large, comfortable beds. Rooms were clean and spacious - however we were given a free upgrade to a bigger family room, so can’t comment on the size/feel of a standard double room. Great location - close to lots of restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating, letting us store our luggage before and after check in.

location is very convenient. the beach is just 5 min walk from the hotel and across the road. the room was spacious and had a balcony which could open and you could dry your wet swimming gear there. There is a small roof top pool and gym but did not see anyone use it. You can also walk around this area to find food and some shopping.

Location is perfect. it is just 1 street behind the beach. Price is very good for a kind of hotel. Hotel arranged pick up and boat tour for me.
Only negative moment I faced that they asked me money for early checkin. Even it is not much, I did not accept it and just left my luggage and left from hotel. Because if the room is empty, it not an ethical behaviour in my opinion and I told them like this. They called me 1 hour later to tell room is ok for my checking and they upgraded my room.

The staff were amazing, Truc upgraded our room for us, and we had amazing views over the city and the ocean. Everything was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. If we return to Nha Trang, I will stay here again.

The room is very spacious. What I love most is the balcony with a beautiful view.
The location is great. It's near a fresh market, grocery shop and very close to spa.
There is a noodle restaurant at the opposite. We random to try and it became our precious moment of noodles, so good with reasonable price.

A very nice hotel on two islands, 2 large swimming pools, a very good and varied breakfast, a private beach 10 minutes from the hotel and a free electric car. The staff in the hotel is at a high level and very polite , and also upgraded my room to 2 bedrooms apartment.

Nice place. A bit worn with time, but a pleasant, comfortable, correct, to pleasant, staff, usable balcony on my upgraded room was excellent, and quite a large room. Surely high end in its day. Desk to do some work. Just a short walk from the beach, 100m or so. Good area with food options.
