The staff at Hotel Park are exceptional. During our stay, they contacted restaurants for us, called taxis, and helped us source items we wanted to purchase for our friend's restaurant in Thailand. When our travel plans were interrupted by rain, the staff offered to let us keep our motorcycles in their parking lot while we rented a car to continue our trip. Truly, they made our trip memorable.

It’s located right by the river. It couldn’t get any better. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I will have to come back to see the boats catch fish using comoran.

Nice experience in a high-end traditional Japanese hotel. We were the only western tourists. Very nice onsen with amazing "muddy bath". Delicious meals, very good buffet breakfast.

spacious and clean room, wonderful onsen, central location, excellent view of the river. can visit traditional old houses nearby (literally next door). fantastic staff. good variety of breakfast.
