The staff were the absolute best they helped us with everything! And went above and beyond. The facilities are amazing it really feels private and romantic. I could not have imagined a better place to stay well i proposed to my partner. We loved how everything was including all we had to do was relax and enjoy.

This was our favorite stay during our Japan trip. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Kinosaki onsen (which is an excellent choice, absolute bliss over there). It is about a 15 minute walk from the JR station and located right on the main canal avenue. The staff are extremely warm and friendly. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed seeing them each day. They insisted on carrying our luggage up a few flights of stairs, offered us tea and coffee, were always available, and kindly held our luggage between our check-out and train departure. There is a beautiful, peaceful garden as you enter this place. It is a no-shoes environment, so you wear slippers around it. They gave us a pass valid at all the onsens (from 2 pm to 2 pm the next day) along with a yukata and wooden slippers (to wear around the town) and towels. The rooms are VERY clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had the loveliest view from the balcony, which we were not expecting. There is no shower/bath but that is perfectly fine as all the onsens have top quality communal ones.

This is one of the most beautiful rooms we have stayed in, in Japan. If you appreciate fine craftsmanship you will enjoy this place. The 2 beds are super comfy. The hosts allow you to pick your own Yakuta, which are gorgeous. The bathtub is large and spectacular. There is a projector for watching movies at night. Finally, our host was extremely kind and eager to help us with whatever we needed. It is also central to all of the onsen…. And there is an excellent grocer across the street. We loved the whole experience.

It was an unforgettable experience for both me and my friends. We came here after the Tokyo Marathon to relax a little. We stayed here for only one night, but the impressions we received were much greater than we expected. The staff were simply wonderful, and we felt their care at every step — from check-in to check-out. We took many photos, and they will always remind us of this beautiful place.

Awesome place with a beautiful decoration and style. The room was great with a classic japanese style and the Yukatas were perfect. The dinner and breakfast were incredible, we enjoyed everything they served. The possibility of using several public bath on the whole town was a really nice experience.

It's clean and the staff are very accommodating. Even staff around the area went above and beyond helping us get to the hotel from the train station. We missed the shuttle and they tracked down a bus to help us get there. The food was also fresh and beautifully prepared and the onsen was nice.

The room has a very cozy atmosphere, room had shower, toilet with bidet and bathtub. Bed was really comfortable. The private bath on the hotel were also really relaxing. Staff really made us feel like home. Food plan was excellent, they were able to acomodate our food requests with advanced notice. Will recommend this place 100%!

Lovely Japanese style room with tatami and futons. The hotel has two private baths if for some reason you don't want to visit the seven public onsens. Included breakfast and dinner were so full that we didn't really need to eat anything else throughout the day. The dinner is an exceptional course of Tajima beef you will spend a good hour on. Also there is a period of time when you can use a cafe at the first floor for free drinks. We were provided with a free unlimited pass to all onsens, towels, a yukata and geta. The hotel is located very close to the train station. The whole village is not very big anyway and all onsens are easily accessible by foot.
