I found to rooms clean and comfortable, the location, next to the giant Buddha, extremely convenient, and the staff friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Staff!! Very friendly and welcoming, i never felt rushed. The dinner was delicious and great, but the breakfast was HUGE and Amazing!! 😍😍 The onsen was a step back into time... Several indoor and outdoor baths to choose from... The main ones being slightly, slimy brown therapeutic waters. The property is older, yet maintained well by a dedicated staff. A bit of f the path, if traveling by train. The view out of the window in the morning was stunning...with a panoramic view of the Japanese Alps!!
