If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the busier tourist towns like Saranda and Ksamil, Dreamy House is the perfect place. Just a 20-minute drive from Saranda, this beautiful retreat offers the ideal mix of comfort, nature, and authentic Albanian charm. We originally planned to use it as a base to explore the nearby beaches (many within 30 minutes’ drive), but we ended up a lot of our time at the house itself—and for good reason. The surrounding atmosphere is incredibly serene, with stunning mountain views and a feeling of total calm that’s hard to find in the more crowded coastal spots. One of the highlights was the pool, which is fed with fresh natural water from the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). It’s refreshing, crystal-clear, and adds to the overall magic of the place. The property also has an orchard filled with homegrown vegetables and fruit, which made our meals even more special. The house itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. Whether you're cooking a simple meal, lounging on the terrace, or just enjoying the silence and views, it really feels like a home away from home. In short: peaceful setting, close to nature, yet convenient to Saranda and Ksamil. We loved every minute and honestly didn’t want to leave. Best place ever.

Toma's guest house was a real gem during our trip. Great for family with kids, with a perfect location and last but not least we have experienced the true local hospitaly made by a family that will make your vacation memorable.

It's almost a perfect apartment. Respectful and trustworthy communication with the owner. Well equipped apartment, nothing was missing.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. They also kindly provided a baby cot for our child, which was very helpful. The host was lovely and even offered us some homemade jam, which was absolutely delicious. The view from the balcony was stunning, honestly one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it

The location of the property is very close the Sarande and the food that was served was amazing the taste is stuck with me. The nature around the area is also amazing could feel the fresh wind every morning. I would recommend vila Xheka to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and hospitality environment. 10/10

Very special place in the hills of Sarande. Unique and fancy Villa style with lovely interior stuff. Wonderful swimming pool area und dinner location just amazing with 360 degree view around the mountains and agricultural area. Very friendly owner couple. Had a lovely and relaxing dinner (three choices of food with little appetizer and dessert) together with other guests. The morning we decided for a breakfast at additional cost - best views and good tasty food.

The room was perfect and the hosts treat you like family. The private pool is the perfect touch on a stay here in the hotter months. If you want to have access to Sarande, Ksamil and other great beaches but want to also have quiet and top rated accommodation, then Katerina’s is the place. 15 minutes away from all the crowds you feel like the property is all yours. Just a perfect and relaxing place to stay!
