Spacious house, with amazing views

Very stylish decorated Villa with partial view on the Skadar Lake. Facilities in the graden and patio are nice touch. Hos is very welcoming and responsive. Cleanliness is on the top level.

The view was spectacular. Nice little cottage-style home. It is wonderful to wake up to a beautiful view of the lake and spend some time with a hot coffee mug. Highly recommended to stay here and enjoy some lazy days. Have all the essentials, such as a good bathroom, a heater or air conditioner, a cooking range, etc. The site is somewhat hilly and is difficult to find on Google Maps. But Mr. Artan, the owner, will come and  take you up. He is a great host and will assist you in any way that we require.

Everything was perfect. The rooms, the view, the pool. The host was very helpful and very polite.

Beautiful house with an amazing view of the lake and near the town. Exceptionally clean and the host was kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Cute, clean and comfortable home with nice views of the lake. Easily walkable to restaurants and the promenade. Beds are comfortable with air conditioning in each bedroom. Our kids loved the kitties and tortoises in the garden. Great host!

This is a new five star villa on the mountain ( the sea & Budva are not visible from the villa ) . It is perfect for those who are looking to relax away from the busy city. It’s a New four bedroom villa with remote gate , private parking , private swimming pool and garden .
