I was very skeptical about booking here but the reviews was right! The property is very clean and well kept. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing and is served on time every day. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The Little kitchenette is a bonus just incase you want to whip up something. The area is quiet and close to all the Hotspot. I had my laundry done for $10 a bag and it was done right. Clean and well folded neatly. I didn't even realize that I left $50 in one of my pockets and it was returned to me after my laundry was done. Honest is everything!

One of the best booking.com find. Location is 7 min walk to the eagle beach which was filled with soft white sand and beautiful sunset. The property was perfect well kept and clean. Rooms were really clean and managed like a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful with a smile.

The pictures do not do this boutique hotel justice. It is so well designed and the colors of the casitas, the coconut trees, and lush plants made it feel truly magical. We stayed in a Coco Casita and it felt so spacious. We ended up on the second floor of the casita instead of the first floor, and had amazingly high, beautiful ceilings with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The little lizards that popped up on the path were quite intriguing.. they had amazing colors. It felt nice to be connected to nature right there next to the beaches and other resorts. We had an amazing time hanging by the pool as well. It was very calm and the other travelers that were drawn to this same place were relaxed and quiet. The Coco Cafe has great menu items and the dishes felt very well thought out and they were very delicious. The happy hour from 3-5 was a delightful part of the day. Many other guests would use the pool at this time and it felt so lively and refreshing.

It was very spacious and well laid out. It was great having two bedrooms with comfortable king beds and two en-suite bathrooms. Nice modern kitchen with good appliances. There was a dining area with a separate living room open plan. Air conditioning throughout. Comfortable sofa. Balcony with table and chairs was an added benefit. Pool was very clean and the area around the pool was well maintained and grill was great. They provided beach chairs for your use. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 8 nights. Loved all the privacy we had, the rooms, the pool and of course the host. We did not expect 5-star hotel and anything we needed we tried to get that from Joey the host. He is local: he knows almost everything about and in Aruba. He can make your room more comfortable and recommend you where to go what to do. I wish i contacted him before arrival, he would have arranged an affordable taxi fo us from the airport.

I loved the staff, the great conditions of the apartment, the swimming pool and the hot tub. It is located in a convenient place, close to the beach, 10 minute walk, and not that close to the party area, perfect for me and my family. I also loved the fact that all bedrooms have satélite TV and A/C. There are lots of towels for the bathroom, for the beach and the swimming pool. It also comes with beach chairs. I enjoyed the sun set from the balcony.

Peaceful, cozy quiet facility. Enjoyed being able to walk every morning as the beach was nearby. Liked that each guest on the property had their own private space.

The property is modern, clean and well maintaned. We stayed in Sekat apartment which was very spacious, a home away from home for us. It has every amenity needed. A very comfortable king size bed. Ronny is a very responsive host. Nice pool in private setting. We used a car to get to Palm Beach.

A wonderful and cozy place to stay - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. The owner is an exceptionally kind and welcoming gentleman.

Room was great and spacious. We very much loved the bed, kitchen, bathroom, pool, and BBQ. We felt like we had almost our own private boutique suite and for most of the time exclusive use of pool, pool deck, upper balcony, and BBQ as others were off touring about. Met Steve the owner who was super friendly, helpful, shared some extras, and would highly recommend Beachwalk Residences.

I like everything about this property. Most part of places in aruba are like huge hotels, and for me its difficult to have this "beach, relax" feeling in this places. At Beach house I really have this feeling. Its my 4th time there, and I keep coming back :) Anita, Wilson, the owners are always kind !
