The location is great for exploring the city on foot, 2 min walking to the pedestrian street, supermarket and cafe next door. Self check in and check out, easy communication with the owner. High clean standards. We will definitely stay here when visiting Plovdiv!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. It is spacious and very clean. Location is perfect and free parking space is a huge bonus. This place will be my first choice for my next trip.

Beautiful design with high equality furniture. The place was very modern, clean, and seemed like everything was brand new. It’s tucked away right outside of Kapana and Old Town so very convenient and has tons of free parking. Additionally, Konnie was a very warm host. I would stay again!

This is the perfect apartment for a city trip with family. The location of this place is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. We loved the stores around the corner where you can get anything you might need during your stay. Most listings we saw didn’t have a full kitchen, so we appreciated that this one did, plus a washing machine which was a lifesaver. Also, they did a great job in making the place much cleaner while we were out exploring the city.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Plovdiv! The entire experience, from start to finish, was seamless and enjoyable. Firstly, the location is unbeatable—truly central, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the main historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The room itself was an absolute delight. It was spotlessly clean, wonderfully bright, and extremely comfortable. What really set this place apart was the attention to detail: the space is beautifully well designed, featuring unique art and thoughtful nice touches throughout. It felt stylish yet perfectly cozy. Finally, a massive thank you to the host. They were exceptionally friendly and proactively communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. They made us feel instantly welcome. We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Plovdiv!

A great place with beautiful apartments, modern furnishings, as good as new, super clean with lots of space. The apartment has everything you need. The hosts have thought of everything and make a great effort. They are very nice and always available.

We liked everything: - the location was perfect, just a small distance from the main square, but the street is quiet - the building is new and well maintained - the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - the beds and pillows - very, very comfortable! - the host had left not only coffee capsules, but also capsules for the washing machine and the dish washer (not that we used them, but it made a good impression) - a special plus from me - separate keys for lights and fan in the WC! - the communication with the host was good

The location is excellent, hidden away from the noise and crowds, yet very central and close to all the venues. Checking in and out were seamless and the host was very responsive at all times. The room itself surpassed our exceptions, it was super clean and spacious enough for two. The kitchenette was basic, as described in the posting, and offered a microwave and a fridge. We didn't put them to use but it was handy having the option. What we have to praise is the bed - a nice, strong, and large mattress, just what you need for a good night of rest. When nights got colder, AC came to our rescue and we didn't feel the temperature drop. Lastly, the house itself is very beautiful, tucked in at the bottom of the street, near a park and some beautiful murals. We would return here in a heartbeat! :)
