We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Chalets Montmorency Mont-Sainte-Anne. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, especially by a lovely woman at the reception who was incredibly helpful and cheerful. Her positive attitude made us feel instantly comfortable and set the tone for a great stay. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. Since we visited during the off-peak season, the pool area was completely empty—there was no one else except us! It felt like our own private pool. Our child had an amazing time swimming and enjoying the jacuzzi, which was a big highlight of the trip

It definitely has character of an old french country house. Had all the amenities you needed for a ski trip, including hot tub and sauna and ample of room for 3 couples. The owner responded always quickly to any of our questions. The local craft beer the property was promoting was surprisingly good!

Great location to the ski hill. 1.8km. Roomy condo with 2 separate bedrooms - both with ensuites. All the amenities in kitchen were awesome. TV great with streaming Roku. Loads of linens and comfy beds. Hot tub was great for the end of a ski day.

The location was excellent. The access was easy. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, which saved us as we were able to get out when the place caught fire. The place is poorly built and the poor construction led to a fire when the bathroom fan caught fire during the night. It burned into the ceiling causing a structure fire. We were forced into the street then the fire department arrived. They extinguished the fire but the place was not habitable.
