Amazing apartment with great views of Matterhorn; spacious apartment with full set of kitchenware

Best Western Boutique Hotel staff and facility were fantastic. Dining, including the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Room cleanliness and feint desk staff were professional and courteous.

Very comfortable, great location, even with have to buy train tickets to go to Zermatt will worth it great price.

It was the best accommodation amongst the 4 we stayed during this trip and one of the best we ever stayed of all time. We were lucky to get free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious for two ppl. I saw two hidden built-in extra beds so I assumed it could accommodate up to 4 ppl. It was spotless clean and all the furniture are brand new, given that it was renovated in December 2025. The bed and sofas were firm but comfortable. There were a couple of closets with lots of hangers and many hooks here and there. The kitchen was fully equipped with a built-in dish washing machine. Though we would prefer a laundry machine and a dryer over the dish washing one. There's a supermarket near by. The check in/out location (hotel) was around 5 minutes walk from the La Perle. The staff at the check in hotel were lovely too.

Wonderful views from the apartment. Nicely furnished. Close to the main street, to the train station, Gornergrat Bahn and Sunegga Bahn. Apartment is fully equipped and very spacious.

I liked absolutely everything!

Good location in Zermatt very close to the main street and you dont have to climb any hill in the town to arrive. The room 12 had an incredible view of Matherhorn (Cervino) mountain. Very cozy and well equiped. You will find a fondue set to make your own swiss fondue at home (you can buy the fondue at Coop market) :)

The apartment was extremely clean, and Meggie the host was very communicative and helped us not only with checking into the apartment but with local advice. The view from the living room is incredible and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal.

The studio apartment was lovely and modern, very well appointed with well thought out details.

Location: Close enough to the main center of Zermatt, while being far enough from the hustle and bustle. There were shops, bakeries, eateries etc just outside the apartmenr 🙂 The apartment was extremely spacious and clean, with all amenities that one can ask for and more ! ❤️ 1. There was fresh linen 2. The apartment is modern with a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook, well literally everything ! 3. The bathroom was also nice with a cute little bathtub. The cherry on top was the matterhorn view from the balcony for the apartment we booked. It was breathtaking 🙂💌 Keep up the good work !

the view is superb. staff are very easy to communicate and helpful. the room is clean quite spacious.

A complimentary taxi was arranged to pick us up (and take us back on departure as well), then we were greeted warmly at the hotel and shown the beautiful spa and facility on arrival. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They even called us to offer to bring us breakfast one morning we all overstepped and almost missed breakfast (which by the way is amazing). The spa is icing on the cake after skiing…with very relaxing massages they arranged for us. It is great value for luxury!!! We would definitely return.
