Self-Catering Accommodations in Providencia

The rooms were really cute, great for staying a week or even more. The housekeeper came every day, even Christmas Day. This was unexpected and welcomed. Our host Lyndon was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful, always willing to help us out. He even got a side by side for us to rent, which really is a necessity in Providencia. The rate was reasonable, too. The location was walking distance to town and some restaurants.

Great place to stay, spacious nice beds and Sumaya and her husband were super helpful assisting us. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our time at Ecoapartamentos Sunset Life! Howard and Silvia were amazing hosts and incredibly kind. They helped us rent a scooter seamlessly and explained how to get to the market, bakery, beach, ect to orient us when we arrived. The location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the best beach on the island which includes 2 great restaurants, a sunset cocktail bar, and 2 dive shops. Perfect stay!

Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped, neat and clean. And it is super close to the airport. Amazing. It is more than you want and need for your stay.

This is a beautiful studio in a multigenerational household. It’s meticulously clean and comfortable with excellent ac. It also has a large stone veranda with a chaise lounge and a hammock. Bruce, the proprietor, is extremely friendly and helpful and delivers a gourmet breakfast every morning. The WiFi is adequate but very weak, and a clean water dispenser would be a welcome addition. You will need to rent a motorcycle or a golf cart type vehicle.

Loved it! Beautiful room, bright and cozy. Perfect stay with friends because we rented 3 out of the 4 rooms at Leonor's. Our rooms each had a fridge and mine had a coffee pot, and then we shared a larger kitchen with a microwave, sink, etc.

The family on the property was so nice to us. They made us feel so comfortable and gave us so many recommendations. They provided large water barrels to save us money and even brought us sunscreen when we ran out. I would absolutely recommend this to any group of families or friends. The backyard area is lovely! When we were not at the beach, we were hanging in the hammocks. And the fruit on the property was delicious!

The owners Cesar and Doris could not be nicer people. If you need it, and it's reasonable, they will get it for you. This isn't Club Med, but if you want Club Med, Providencia isn't for you. It's a beautiful 10 square mile island with no "resorts", and God willing it will stay that way. The Yellow Home provides everything you need, but "Providencia" is about being out and about, not in the room. But you can cook in your room if you want, but this island has food that you only eat at home if it's raining...

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Everything worked as described. Friendly staff.

The view of st.ketleena, old town and lovers lane from the balcony is amazing. Martin and Sasha are great host's you'll feel like home.

We really liked to be there, it was a great gift to find it. The balcony view is just incredible, you can't get enough, there are birds every morning to watch and iguanas. The studio is super close (walking distance) to the best beach (Southwest) where you can eat delicious food at El niño divino. Also 4 min drive (we had a motorcycle) there's a supermarket and dive shops. The studio has everything you need to have a comfortable and cozy stay. The hostess is very kind and helpful, she is an incredible person that cares for the environment and community. Thank you Gabriela!

Really well located and close to the best part of Providence which is SouthWest. It is only 15 min away walking from the main town, however you can rent a bike.
