Clean. Fantastic location. Spacious and well-appointed apartment.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, so I started wondering if we were the first guests ever (and surprisingly, we were not). Also, it was calm, cozy, and complete enough, which made us feel at home. Besides the great property, the surrounding nature and scenery were beautiful.

Location was excellent. It is in the center of town, but still quiet. Great restaurants in town and the Christmas market was very enjoyable. Hosts responded quickly to questions and their restaurant downstairs was very nice.

Good to reach by car and public transport. Central location with parking lots behind the house. Everything was clean and warm. Big accommodation with enough rooms for up to 8 people. Very well recommended!

This property is clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. They offered secure parking and the location was super convenient to everything. The owners contacted me a few days prior to the stay to say that payment hadn’t been received yet. The booking dot com listing that said to pay at the property confused me, however the owners were kind and patient while I worked it out. Turned out it was totally my bad for not reading the small print and was entirely my fault for the delay. They quickly and kindly directed us on where to find the extra linens we needed and we felt totally looked after. Communication was truly excellent and we appreciated everything about this stay.

Exceptionally clean apartment with everything was working properly and very helpful hotel personnel. Hotel is located a little bit away from the center but it gives an advantage because it’s very quiet. Old Town is quite small so it’s may be 10 minutes walk to the center no more. Parking was easy. I really have enjoyed staying in this apartment. Thank you

Great apartment right in the old town , so close to everything. We really appreciated the little extras like the fresh fruit on the table and drinks in the fridge.

The apartment was very comfortable, and it was stocked with all the little things you might need. Even a sewing kit. There was a selection of teas and coffees, all the basics for cooking, and a washer/dryer directly in the apartment. The location was also great. The town center was only a couple minutes away by foot, and a bus stop was right across the street.

The place is only minutes of walking away from the magnificent historic center of Goslar, although it is itself located in a very quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the warm welcome of the very helpful host.

Visiting for the Christmas markets, this was a great location! Having a reserved parking space across the street was perfect! The apartment we had was so spacious and clean and felt like a home! Easy walks to shopping and dining. Easy check in and Check out. Host very responsive to messaging. Excellent WiFi. Excellent value in my opinion. Even some holiday chocolates left for us❤️
