I like the Facilities and location

It was very nice, good food, nice location. The spa was nice but they are very confusing and inconsistent about pricing so be sure to hold them accountable.

Gorgeous facility and great location. Beach was right across the street. The staff is really nice and the stay had everything we needed. its a really quiet and peaceful place so if you’re up for something with a little more movement to say this may not be the best option.

Very spacious and comfortable

Beautiful apartment ideally located with a lovely pool. There were comfortable beds, great A/C, great towels and toiletries and everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well eqipped. There is a lovely terrace out front with lots of chairs and a coupke of tables. We arrived before the 3pm checkin and had to come back after that, which is fine, but it seemed churlish not to allow us to park in the empty secure parking lot until that time.

This apartment is located in an excellent location.

Nice pool and great to have a bath upstairs and downstairs. Big sleeping room with a big bed.

Complex is beautiful and close to everything

The hotel is very clean, close to the beach and the staff is very nice.

Casa Shambala was a great stay. Wonderful little spot off the main roads. It was quiet and you didn’t hear any of the noise from the main roads. Wonderful units with great balconies. The pool was nice to cool off in on a hot day. The owner Vincent was very friendly and made sure you had a great stay. Highly recommend staying here and it’s also conveniently located.

The accommodation provided facilities that made my stay comfortable, including a kitchen and a washing machine. The bed was cozy, and the apartment was spacious. The highlight of my experience was the communication with the host—extremely responsive and genuinely helpful.

The food was well prepared and the place was immaculate.

Amazing Stay! Everything about the house in Las Terrenas was perfect — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Justine provided excellent service and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Everything was great. I am doing a long term stay so I have a good relationship with the host.

From outside it looks fine, it is not so far from the city center ( 30 min on foot) nice pool, still we didn't use it.

Clean, but they need to fix some cosmetic things in the rooms and bathrooms.

Very unique and romantic little hotel. Close to the beach ( less than 2 minute walk on a nice path).
