Very new and clean apartment. Close both to the airport and the main mall (5 min drive to the airport and 3 min walk to the mall). Great value for money, if you have a night and need close accommodation to the airport. Very responsive host.

I loved the little kitchen area, it was nice to be able to fix a simple breakfast. The roof top terrace was very nice as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Impeccable service from the moment of arrival until (and past) checkout. The rooms were perfect and cleaned/maintained very well. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop garden and the glass pool overlooking the city. The security and safety is top notch while feeling very natural. There are vetted taxis and a 24/7 store connected to the hotel. All in all, we felt very well taken care of. We will definitely return.

The location in the center of the center the hosts Angel guided me and told me a lot about the city they always there to help if I return to guayaquil I'll stay there for sure

I stay at this place often when I travel through the city because it is consistently a pleasant stay. this day was no different. this location is convenient to the bus terminal, the airport, and bussetta services.

I wish I could give this place an 11! It wasn't so much about the hotel itself (which was great) but the staff. I came in feeling unwell and without me asking them to I was brought a tea to my room. When I told them I'd figured out that it was an infection making me sick they came with creams and medicines for me to use. The sweetest staff ever! 💗
