Parking right in front of the door. Quiet surroundings. Large clean room. No breakfast but coffee/tea available and fridge in the room for your own snacks. Very friendly host.

Modern and cozy Luxury Suite, quality kitchen with all necessary equipment (we're cooking), delicious coffee (capsules), large and comfortable bed, TV with channels (No SmartTV). Responsive and friendly hotel receptionist. Good sauna on the 7th floor with terrace and charming landscape view. The hotel located in a beautiful an quite place. Excellent restaurant on the 1th floor - delicious, prices matches the quality. If we travel to Otepaa again, we will gladly return to this hotel.

Cozy apartment, in the very centre, affordable pricing.

When arriving to the location and entering the house, the fireplace was already lit setting the perfect mood for the rest of the 2 day stay in snowy Otepää area. This cozy sauna house offered everything as promised with spacious dining and living room, separate bedrooms and a sauna. Not to mention the friendly host. Perfect location in between Otepää town and Kuutsemäe ski resort. We are looking forward to visiting this place soon again.

Nice, little, remote house. Decent location when you're for cross country skiing.

That was amazing stay! The house has everything that needed for comfortable stay (but don’t forget to bring your own coffee), it was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was exceptional! Also we really enjoyed the sauna. And thank you for the tips about trails! :)

Good size, quiet, modern and comfortable apartment on ground level. Nice deck facing forest. Comfortable bed.

the location was stunning! appreciated the design & the screens on the windows. it was quiet & peaceful. had a great sauna as well.
