The property was specious, and swimming pools are in front of the units. Cozy and furniture was good. Services available all around. Night activities are good.

We are a family of three, and I stumbled on this booking as we were searching for a get-away for Eid holidays, we booked for four nights. I was surprised at the level of cleanliness in the place, to the point of the sheets and pillows smelling like fresh laundry. The host Mr. Magdy is truly very thoughtful and a great person, he knew that the weather was hot and thus prepared for the airconditon to be on before we arrived to the property so the shalet will be nice and cool. He was available at every thing we needed, from taking us and showing us around the city of Matruh, I got sick during my last day there because I went from the hot sun into the cold room directly, and Mr. Magdy came to check on me, and offered to take me to the doctor or get me anything I needed. The village is wonderful, huge with plenty of activities for adults and children. Overall I loved this place, and I will definitely repeat the reservation in the soonest possible chance. One thing to note is that the view was absolutely breathtaking from the room.

The view and location is amazing. There is a rocky beach as well as a sandy one for swimming. The chalet interior is very good and well-furnished. The first impression with Mr.Abdelmonem was really 👍 His treatment and greeting were welcoming and professional. He was always available for help and support whenever I asked 🙏 Overall, my experience with Porto Matrouh was outstanding and remarkable.
