Staying in the hotel was a great experience . All the staff were very kind , friendly and helpful people.It is difficult to mention all of them but special thanks to Mebtu ,Mercen & Dory who work in the reception & welcomed us every day with big smiles and tried their best to make our stay the great experience it was. We have eaten many evenings in the hotel's restaurant and it was always a nice meal being served upon by Bety ,Musrshu and Edil among the others There is a ice small souvenir shop in the hotel where All the staff of this hotel should be cherished by their management as their dediction and kindness makes them a big asset to the future of this hotel.If we will ever come back to Addis Ababa we will certainly without hesitation stay again in this place as we felt there at home & among friends.

Very personable and willing staff that not only met our needs but also volunteered to provide extra service. The location was convenient to many restaurants, coffee shops, and a cultural centre. We could easily get transport to the sites. We walked extensively and always felt safe, and we could approach people to ask for assistance. We enjoyed our five nights there and would return and recommend it to our friends visiting Addis Ababa.

The breakfast was decent with a good selection of options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The location was also convenient and easy to access, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Very modern and unique design and very comfortable it’s on the 14th floor so u get the best view. Down there’s a restaurant and cafe with strong security and close to airport and main streets and markets plus the building has strong security. Recommended.

It’s very comfortable clean and well maintained , near by can found restaurants supermarket and shops.

I like that the hotel had a free suana, gym, and swimming pool.

Everything was perfect, the owner Elisa is a very nice person. The location of the building is amazing.
