Self-Catering Accommodations in Oulu

I love that it was close to the train station and easy to get the keys too. Walkable distance , nice view from the building .

Cosy apartment straight ahead of the Oulu train station, we came as a small group, apartment is a good option for both solo travelers and group/family. There are plenty of parking places around the area less than 1-3min walking distance.

Nicely decorated and comfortable apartment. Very convenient location, exactly at the city center!

First, I would mention the overall cozy feeling of the hostel. It almost feels like you're at an acquaintance's cottage. And the place is thoroughly clean, almost unheard of for a hostel. Another big plus was that breakfast was practically provided for free: There was free coffee available, instant, filter, or espresso, different types of bread, peanut butter, fruit, and more. The hostel is 3km from the center, but you can get to the center in a jiiffy with the cheap and efficient local city transport. A hotel stay would have been more expensive and less pleasant.

I loved the cleanliness of the entire house. The sauna was great and so was the patio. We also loved having bikes to use.

Amazing location and cozy cottage fully equipped with everything. 5 min walk from the lighthouse. Free parking in front of the cottages for every guest and easy check-in/out. I highly recommend it if you're staying in Oulu area.

Cozy and home-like accommodation. Pikisaari is a unique setting for a small hotel like this, and yet the Oulu city centre is only a 5-min walk away. The rooms are comfortable, clean and decorated with taste. One of my favorite accommodations in Oulu, definitely.

A really good, well-appointed apartment in Oulu. Communication with the host was simple and timely, no issues at all that way, instructions to enter the car park were great (video clip, couldn't've been clearer). Car park downstairs was a good bonus option with one caveat (see later).
