It’s a great choice for large families, offering plenty of beds and spacious social areas where we could all relax together. decor made the apartment feel modern and inviting, and it was fully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore

Usually, when a description says "cozy", it is lodging-speak for tiny. In this case, the description fit to a T. It is truly a one bedroom--meaning a separate kitchen, a living room and an ample bedroom (and bath of course), laid out like a railroad flat. The entrance is through the outdoor garden of a friendly, local cafe serving excellent coffee, sandwiches, pastries and breakfast till 6 PM. This is not a London "caff" but an upscale kinda funky, independent place with a healthy menu. The personnel there are lovely and helpful--best of all, the food is great, and your included breakfast is exactly whatever they offer on the menu. Because the flat is on their courtyard, there is no street noise, and it seems like a tiny oasis. For a bigger oasis, Ravenscourt Park is a few steps away, and is one of the most glorious London green spaces that I had never heard of. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It goes permanently on our "Keeper" list.

The property was safe and secure, in a good location only located a short walk from wembley park station and has very good cafes and restaurants nearby. It was fully equipped and stocked, perfect for longer stays as it came with a washer and a dryer and filled with cooking equipment and a dishwasher. Pick-up and drop off instructions were laid out very clearly which made everything easier.

Very clean and spacious. Location is excellent many shops and restaurants are near by. Receptionists are very nice and helpful.

Stayed at Mason & Fifth in Westbourne and honestly, the level of service caught me off guard in the best way. I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world, but this was something else. The team genuinely goes far beyond what you’d expect, not in a forced or overly polished way, but in a way that feels real and thoughtful. A special thank you to Lilia and Monica, who made a big difference during my stay. You can tell they actually care, and that’s rare. Everything about the experience was just… easy, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Would come back without thinking twice.

Location was both quiet and busy, you will not be disturbed but you are very close to anything you may need.

Easy to checkin, easy to move around the neighborhood, easy to take transportation and the property was enough for the 5 of us with ole Ty of comfortability

The property is very clean. Host very accommodating and always available. Quiet area but close to public transport and shopping mall. Would recommend to anyone.

The location was ideal for traveling between London and Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. We also liked the being close to downtown Ealing with nice coffee shops and pubs.

Wow! The flat is in an excellent location, close to two different Underground stations. It's an easy ride to London, and the flat is in excellent condition. We cooked, watched tv, and did laundry like we were at home, but the sights and sounds of London were just a short train ride away!
