A great house in an ideal location!

Clean, well located a short walk from the rail station. Spacious and comfortable for a family of 4.

Check in was good, the host sent pictures of instructions but being new to the area it was still a bit confusing. The apartment was a great size. Location was 5 minutes to University of Surrey and 15 minutes to town. Also 5 minutes to train station. I also appreciated the washer and dryer. Overall good enough for what we needed to be close to university.

This assortment was beautiful, comfortable and great location. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided and is beautifully renovated, comfortable beds. Exactly what we needed and the host was excellent - Martin answered our questions and needs quickly.

LOCATION WAS GREAT-SHORT WALK TO TOWN CENTER AND 5 MIN WALK TO TRAIN STATION. BEAUTIFUL FLAT WITH LOVELY GARDEN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The place is amazing, cozy and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. Small apartment but perfectly functional, super clean and well organized.

Ease of communication with host and friendliness of them and the cleaner who arrived on our check-out date and was most accommodating as we ran a little late. Location is fantastic, with it being a stunning country walk into Guildford Town Center. We love it here and would definitely stay again.
