Nice and friendly staff, cleanliness. The bed in my opinion was fantastic and super comfy. The beach is super close.

We stayed at duplex apartment(2 people) for 5 nights, breakfast included - very spacious apartment with air conditioning in every room - pretty good sea view - spacious balcony - 2 mins walk from the sea - Breakfast was delicious. There were some fruits, and even sweets to eat with coffee - Its located pretty close to the city Batumi - Staff were really nice and helpful. There was a minor leakage from the refrigerator, was immediately taken care of once we told about it. - Free private pools in the area inside and outside. - Free gym, but not much equipment there, had to work with what we had - Daily towel and water renewal (sometimes they forgot about water, but we asked at the reception and they gave us) - Essential stores are within reach everywhere in the area around the hotel: Grocery stores, drug store and different restaurants

Great location, the beach is right in front of the building, small markets are nearby and the drive to Batumi is really short. In the evening you can walk near the seaside. The apartment has two wonderful balconies and overall the facilities are fine. The host is very responsive, always stays in touch and is very polite!

The Villa is amazing. Best place in Kvariati to stay, stunning views. All is modern and very clean. We were looking for 3 rooms in the Kvariati, Sarpi,Gonio area (most beautiful beaches) for a family gathering. The first place we found, a few months before our trip, was Villa Deluxe. But we decided to check around to see what else was available. Spent a few weeks on searching and reviewing options available, always coming back to Villa Deluxe. We booked it and didn’t regret it even for a moment. Archi was in contact right after booking and offered pick up at the airport on arrival, which was very convenient for our relatives who arrived in the morning on check-in day. Since we are relative 3 families he offered us a nice upgrade to stay in a 3 bedroom upscale villa located on the same property. It was a heartbreaking surprise from Archi and family. We got lucky with the weather and enjoyed a beautiful view from windows and property the whole day, and breathtaking sunsets. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach, maybe a little more back, but definitely worth it for the view , nature around and not hearing noise from the busy road going through the town. We had a rental car that took away any hesitation about walking up and down. Archi, a great host, worked hard to make the resort comfortable for guests, and was always helpful with suggestions for restaurants, stores and places to visit in the area. Archil, Thank you brother. Super friendly owner Beso. Perfect location, right next to the sea. Rooms are well designed and modern. There is a free private parking inside the hotel gates. Outside is sitting area, ping pong table, pool,hammocks and beautiful palm trees around.

The villa owner was very warm and welcoming. The location was excellent, with the soothing sound of a stream and a beautiful mountain view that added to the experience. We were a group of around 14 people – 4 families – and the place was perfectly suited for us. Despite the number, it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The outdoor space was great for gatherings, and we really enjoyed using the barbecue. For those who love a mix of nature – forest, mountains, rivers, and even the sea – this is an ideal spot. There are plenty of leisure options nearby, including casinos, clubs, and more. Another highlight is the proximity to the Turkish border, which means you get both Georgian and Turkish cultural flavors – from food and restaurants to Turkish shops. We especially enjoyed the local markets in Batumi, full of fresh fruits, vegetables, wine, and even a fish market. It was a real treat!
