Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The room was spacious and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and felt relaxed throughout the holiday.

Amazing place, super friendly staff, clean and specious rooms, perfect breakfast served on our terrace at any time you choose. Above all - Giannis’s spot-on beach and restaurant recommendations, which saved us the trouble of searching for great places ourselves. We liked it all very much.

Kochyli Studios was a little piece of heaven in an otherwise quiet, unremarkable town. The professionalism of the hosts and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was fresh and delicious, the ambience calm and inviting, and the location perfect, just steps from the beach. Our experience would have been completely different if we had stayed anywhere else in Nea Plagia.

The host and all the staff were very responsive, kind and polite. The studio was fully equipped, spacious, clean and tidy.

The facilities are very good, a great view and the room was very clean. We liked very much the covered parking place.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Nea Flogita, just 3 minutes from the nearest sandy beach. It is a modern and fully equipped apartment with a kitchen and a bedroom with the most comfortable mattress and pillows. The internet is excellent. Special thanks to the host Maria who was always kind and available at all times.

Very nice and luxury place to stay

The hosts are amazing. They are very nice, met all of our needs, even brought us delicious fruits from the backyard. Yum! :) The apartment is very spacious and made for living there. You have all you need. Big fridge, big kitchen, electric kettle, toaster, new cookware.... Everything you might not even think of. Very clean and nice! Nice and cozy seating area in front of the apartment, with a view of the mini garden with nice flowers and green green grass :) Absolutely amazing!

Nice and comfortable, quiet place with beautifull sea view and large patio terrace in the ground floor, close to the beach and close to the excellent beach bar and restaurant Costa Blue. Perfect for calm and relaxing holiday.

The apartment was less than a minute walk to the beach with everything around it, we eaven had a grocery store next to the apartment. We did enjoy the cleanliness of the whole apartment and had a lot of storage space to put in our clothes. The owner was very friendly and polite. He even offered us to call him anytime if we needed something to make our stay more enjoyable.

Great location - very close to the beach, free parking area right across the street. Bathroom is spacious. Great wifi. Balcony is spacious and has a great view around. Kiki is a wonderful host!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can also cook in the apartment, which we did, because you have everything, pots, silverware, cups and mugs for coffee and drinks and fridge for food. The apartment itself has very nice balcony and very big umbrella which you can adjust. The location was perfect – the beach is just down the street, and supermarkets, restaurants, and everything else you might need are within walking distance. The town itself is peaceful, quiet, and very family-friendly. There are no steep hills, so it’s easy to walk around, even with children, and there’s absolutely no need to use a car to get anywhere in town. Everything was very affordable, from the local markets to the restaurants. There are plenty of delicious food options, including seafood, grilled dishes, drinks, ice cream shops, accessories shops, boutiques, small play areas for children and everything else you can think of, making it a great destination for families. Our host was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and easygoing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here, highly recommend it 100%, and will definitely be returning in the future!

Clean and equipped. The location is great, near my favorite beach bar with tree shadows.

Apartmant is very comfortable and one of the cleanest i have ever rented. Very well equipped. If you like to ride the bicycle.. you have it. Air compresor available as well.. so there is no pain with beach inflating equipment. :-) Overall, it is a great place, and all recommendations....
