Great location, friendly and professional staff, nice pool, comfortable queen bed, continental breakfast on rooftop. Free parking on the street or big open city parking 2 minutes away on foot.

We liked everything - the location - on first line, like 10 meters from the sea, quet beach bar with reserved sea beds for hotel guests. Clean facilities and cosy, beautiful garden with flowers and trees. The staff is polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to Lidl and other supermarkets, there is a pedestrian path to the village of 20 min walk which allowed us to make enough steps during the lazy days on the seaside. It's our second year in a row here, everything was even better than I remember it :))

The hosts were very straight-to-the-point and don't get in your way at all. The common rooms in the apartments are spacious, as are the balconies. The bedrooms are small, but it's fine. There's plenty of kitchenware and there's two barbecues outside, so we were able to cook for ourselves for the majority of our meals there. People from the other apartments were almost exclusively Bulgarian families with children.

The location of the property was the best - first line on the beach! We loved the private parking behind a gate! It had all the essentials to cook your own food! It was warm and cozy. In the back yard of the house there is a barbecue! The host was very kind to leave us a welcoming gift of ouzo and traditional pastry for New Year! 😊 We liked that the host reached out in advance to communicate the arrival time and was available throughout our stay!

First of all the property it’s brand new ,furnished with taste and offers all the facilities you need during the accommodation.The host ,she’s a lovely person always happy to help and daily asking how we are ,if there’s anything we need. …etc . For sure we will return here plus was our first time in iraklitsa and we loved it .

The room is spacious, contains all the essentials that you could possibly need. It has a nice, modern furnishing and a pool outside.

Close to beach, quite place, clean property, kind staff

I liked pretty much everything. The hosts were great, the room was big, and the kitchen on the balcony was so cute and cozy for our stay! The cleaning service was everyday, the parking was inside the property, which was also super comfortable. The beach is super close and, in my opinion, is the best beach in Iraklitsa. We recommend this place 100%!

Everything was perfect! The villas are really nice and clean. The personnel are very friendly and always responsive! Very quiet location with great facilities and a great beach nearby. Will definitely return back!

Fully equipped villa. Very clean and it has a great view. Having breakfast or dinner on the balcony is a must.

-very clean - all facilities work perfectly - aer conditioning in every room - terrace and pool are great - quiet We were 5 people (our family of 3 and our parents) and everything was great. Our son enjoyed the pool very much.
