The room was clean and nice, cleaned every day. The location is good, about 25–35 minutes from the popular beaches. The staff is very friendly. The food at the bar is delicious. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Arriva Villas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the beauty and charm of the property. The villas are beautifully designed, blending traditional Greek aesthetics with modern amenities. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the gorgeous, panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and the lush green mountains of Lefkada was unforgettable. The facilities are Impeccable and excellent. The amenities inside the villa was top-tier, spotlessly clean, and designed for pure relaxation. The location was perfect. Nestled above the lovely village of Sivota, it offers the ideal balance of peaceful privacy while being just a short, convenient trip away from the charming local harbor, fantastic tavernas, and beautiful beaches. A special mention must go to the brilliant staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We cannot recommend Arriva Villas highly enough and are already counting down the days until we can return!

The Villa was absolutely incredible. My family and I enjoyed every aspect of the Villa--from moring coffee on the balcony watching the ships pass, to the pool in the afternoon and the private dock for laying out and swimming. The nearby town of Syvota was wonderful for shopping and dinner. Our host Andre was communicative and helpful with questions and requests and our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We will return in the future and highly recommend this Villa!

The villa is amazing, the view is breathtaking! The owners are very nice and welcomed us with open arms and a bottle of wine :) The villa has everything you need and more, even a washing machine. We were sorry to leave :(

We loved every second of our stay at this villa. The view was AMAZING!!! The property has a beautiful terrace and an awesome pool (deep enough to enjoy any kind of jumps you can think of), as well as an open barbeque! The house really has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and air conditioning EVERYWHERE! Also, all doors have mosquito nets, which was great. The host/building manager was very friendly and accommodating, and he also gave us very nice recommendations with places to visit, restaurants and beaches to try.

The room was spacious and clean. Its location was perfect—just above the cove where all the boats, restaurants, and little shops are located. I loved that we could park our car and walk around the place. Our host was very polite, and he even gave us a list of restaurants, beaches, and bars to visit in the area. I loved that we had a washing machine in the room because we could wash our used clothes. I definitely recommend this place. We had a very comfortable stay as a family. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful view. Next to Syvota. Quite place. Comfortable beds in bedrooms. Properly placed aircondition units.

Very rarely happens that the room looks even better than on the pictures but in this case the Asterida apartments really look even better in real life. We were very satisfied.

The property has a spectacular view of the port. House was clean and on the 3rd day they provided clean sheets for the bed and towels. It was easy for accessing and had a parking space.

I loved everything about this property . Locations was great , property was exceptionally comfortable and had every amenity you could need . Everything inside is new and super clean . Rania was an absolute delight to deal with and made our check in and stay super easy . Gave us some great recommendations of restaurants and beaches to visit . Would not hesitate to recommend this property
