Great location, amazing staff!! Really good breakfast! Rooms were big and roomy and air con was great. Was clean, tidy and really wonderful stay! Highly recommend for large families!!

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property's location is a bit far from centre of Kuta beach, but there are plenty of ways to go there by taxi, motobike or walk. It is reasonable price and nice facilities and there are many eateries and massage shop and shopping shop near the property too. The property contains two bed rooms, two toilets and one kitchen+lilving room. The host was very helpful and resonded very promptly. It is nice property to stay by family or group of friend like 4-5 pax. I recommend to my friends.

A very pleasant stay at a reasonable price. We only booked for two nights upon landing because it was so close to the airport. We ended up extending our stay for six nights. The villa isn't the newest, but the bed was comfortable, the private pool and grounds were beautiful, and the shower was great. The staff was very helpful and our stay at the villa was very pleasant. All the amenities worked well (AC, TV, refrigerator). If you're not looking for luxury accommodations, I recommend this place. The location is great, and the price is reasonable for a private pool.

Privacy, swimming pool, staff.

The extraordinary customer service received from all the staff at the hotel. From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

I’m so appreciate everyone who welcomed with warmest feelings. The lovely staff are super friendly. The house rules are super organized and easy to understand for everyone! The kitchen, bathroom and guest room are always clean. The bedsheets and pillows are super dry and no smells. There is a super market just 3min by foot, they have fresh food and good choices for cheap souvenir! I left here around 3:30am for my flight but the staff were always around reception and cared me so much. Thank you so much again and will come back definitely.

The villa was very spacious with a wonderful swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. The location was very convenient and near the grocery store. Bonus location, super near the airport.

Location close to everything. Love the serenity of this house. It felt like returning to an oasis everytime we came back from being outside. We slept so well here. Very friendly owner! I also like the exterior cultural decoration.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Luxury and Spotless Stay in Kuta! We had a wonderful stay at this villa and couldn't be happier. The location is unbeatable, so close to Waterbom, Discovery Mall, great cafes restaurant, and 3 minutes walk to Kuta beach. Plus, it is incredibly convenient as it is only a 7-minute drive by car to the airport, which saved us so much travel stress! What impressed us most was how clean and well-maintained everything was. The bedrooms were pristine, and the linen was fresh, crisp, and stark white. The private pool was huge and sparkling clean. The villa manager and the housekeeping team were so attentive and kept the place spotless every day. It truly felt like a Luxury tropical oasis. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

Everything. Basically everything described in the description and photos is exactly how the villa is, it’s A++++. Also loved that you could organise the villa chef to come cook meals right in front of using the villa kitchen. The message ladies were also fantastic they made everyone fell relaxed.

It was an excellent stay. Host Agus was very friendly and prompt to replies. He was very accommodating and we are exceptional happy with his service. Million thanks Agus. Rooms are kept clean daily. Aircons are fully functional. Private pool is clean. Location is accessible. Grab food is readily available. Kids are very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back here again whenever we are in Bali.
