AustraliaThis was a great place to stay, the room was large with plenty of space to open your luggage and still walk around. Breakfast was really nice and cooked fresh and hot. The shower/toilet is shared but there was hot water. There is a second toilet which is convenient. Staff were very attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable and pillows were good. The wifi was excellent.

Beautiful family who speak English really well, they’re super welcoming and helpful. Good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, hot showers and a yummy breakfast included. Off street parking for motorbike too which is nice. Stayed twice as we loved it there so much, would recommend to anyone!

The owners are amazing, very, very helpful and caring. Breakfasts were delicious and different each day. The rooms are super clean and every bed has curtains, light and power socket. The water under shower is hot and with really good pressure. In the kitchen is available water, coffee and tea all the time. You can also rent a scooter there and owners can reccommend places to visit in whole island and they can arrange really comfy transport to other cities. It's the best stay we had on Flores!

This is a very warm and welcoming place that is also clean and extremely comfortable. The beds are great and there is a warm shower, also a very nice kitchen with all that one needs,also good information about activities and transport on Flores. The hosts helped with everything, from renting moto to making a call for transport to the next town. Also the hosts are very attentive in designing the hostel to the needs of the traveler and always with a smile. recommended 100%

The people running the hostel are so lovely and helpful! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spotlessly clean, only a short walk to town. There’s also lots of details in the kitchen on things to do in the area, buses to catch etc!

I had such a lovely stay, the owners are so kind and make you feel right at home. They also have a lot of knowledge about travel in Flores and are happy to help. There is tea and coffee and even a kitchen that you can use - the first I have seen in a hostel in Indonesia! I can’t recommend Ruteng Hostel enough :)

Very kind hosts and clean dorm, shower, toilet and kitchen. Free coffee, tea and water, and breakfast included.
After our road trip on Flores we came back to Ruteng Hostel for the 2nd time because we enjoyed staying with Ino, Lani and Malik so much. Thank you for your hospitality!!
