Staff is so sweet. Everything was clean, the room is beautiful and a perfect budget option for a traditional tatami room. The breakfast fried rice was probably the best meal I had my entire time in Japan.

Great Stay! The house was very clean, and the living space was spacious. It had all the necessary amenities and equipment, making it very convenient and comfortable. The location is also a huge plus, as it’s close to tourist attractions. You can easily walk to many popular spots without needing transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The house was really big and well equipped. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s a very big TV in the living room but we didn’t have enough time to use it. The only problem we had during the stay was the heater. It took quite a long of time to make the room warm enough. (But the weather was also quite cold outside) There are supermarkets and restaurants near the house, around 150 meters walking distance. The best thing was the view, we could see Mt. Fuji from in front of our house.

The house was spacious and perfect for a family. Location was also good as it was very near Aeon mall where there was a big supermarket where we could buy food and supplies. The parking also perfect for the 2 cars we drove in. The rooms were also spacious with comfortable beds and pillows.

The location and car parking. I read some reviews that there is a lot of checkin information. It’s really informative if you read it the night before your stay. The place was clean, a lot of space if you are staying with family and friends. Excellent house manual and recommendations on what to do locally. Please note: a lot of local places close around 8pm.

The place was self-contained in a beautiful setting. The staff were amazing and just truly friendly and yet respectful of your space. Despite the location being quite isolated, I did appreciate the quietness. Each part of the villa was well thought out. I loved the private onsen.

The house was wonderful. It has a lot of space, is very comfortable, and is in a great location. Many restaurants, shops, bus/train station, and Mount Fuji World Heritage are walkable from it. The host was very responsive and met me at the house to show me around. This was especially notable because I booked it the same day and arrived 2 hours later. It also provided a great experience staying in a Japanese style house! A bit different (and more stylish) than a Western house. One thing to know is that the bathroom control panel for the hot water needs turned on to shower or auto fill the bathtub. This isn't typical in Western homes, so could confuse some people. Also, Google Maps brought me behind the property, which confused me a bit. There is a sign out front clearly marking it by name. It was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about our stay here. Yukimi san was an excellent host. We booked this for 2 nights hoping to get the Fuji views and explore the waterfall nearby but unfortunately it was cloudy and raining on day 2 but we managed to get the Mt Fuji view on day 1. Yukimi also drove us Tokei temple in the evening which was marvelous with the cherry blossoms. On day 2 since it rained almost the entire day, most of the plans were cancelled but I still went to both waterfalls in the rain as there is a private road from Shiraito Gardens to access these. With the weather condition not being optimal Yukimi san even offered to take us to the close by Family mart by car to stock food or groceries. She is such a welcoming host and took really great care of us. Breakfast 11/10, Property 20/10, Yukimi san 100/10. If you get the option to book this one, do not hesitate and ensure you book 3-5 days if you really want to enjoy around. We were sad to leave in 2 nights and have planned a longer stay for the next visit. Yukimi also picked us from the bus stop while arriving and also dropped us back to the stop once we checked out. Another highlight is that this was our first trip to Japan and I connected with Yukimi after the booking to get directions. She gave precise train times from Tokyo and bus timings from Shin Fuji, top notch. We had zero trouble getting there. A piece of advice to fellow traveler’s, if you are using Shinkansen and bus to get here travel light as the bus does not have luggage space.
