The house is very well-maintained considering it was built in the Showa era. The interior is spacious and clean, and there’s a lot of green space outside. There’s even a small road at the back of the property which runs alongside a creek. It is a very calm, laidback location. The surrounding areas are mostly farmland, hills, and mountains. Very rural and full of natural beauty. Life here is quaint and slow. Hisato-san is a wonderful host. He’s always there to help, and very open to conversations. The hospitality is second to none. I definitely felt like family during my stay.

Excellent communications. Beautifully restored traditional farmhouse with lovely views. The breakfast was plentiful and used local produce. Super sleep on comfortable futons. The whole place was clean, and a very nice bathroom with nice linens and towels.
