Everything was good for all of us. House is very clean and pretty. There are very things we need. Space more enough for all of us 4 peoples Three sleeping rooms should be enough for 8 peoples but best for 5 or 6 for whole space. Easy check in and check out. House admin also is fast response. One for us was forgot powerbank, house admin arrange for that appropriatly.

Very reasonable price, decent location in a quiet residential area, near a large shopping mall and a tram station. Heater and air conditioner helps keep the room very comfortable. Clearly the building is old but it's largely clean and cosy, good shower and toilet.

The location was great. It was very easy to find and accessing the room was easy. Literally right across the street from Utsunomiya Station. We could even see it from our room. We liked that there were so many beds, it was spacious, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was spotless and came with free food such as microwaveable pasta, water, etc (1 per guest). The TV is huge and we could watch Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is on the top floor so noise was never a problem. My favorite part of place was probably the bathroom. It was BIG, AND the tub is a jacuzzi! All amenities, dishes and the such were included so the place actually felt like home.
