Well maintained house, clean and nice environment

location near ocean is really good for this price, having 2 bathroom really help a lot. easy parking space.

Every spaces in the house was used effectively to provide us all the facilities (washing machine, tv, iron). Everything was perfect and the coziness exceeding our expectation

The house itself is cozy even though there is thing that need to be fix but it is good enough for a stay

Very spacious and clean. A lot of additional facilities such as cutlery, kitchen with stove, wifi, television with channels and food of choices Coffee shop and a restaurant nearby is great.

It was like going back to your own home. Everything was there, prepared for. Staying in a kampung but with a modern touch in the entire house. You know what's great...there's enough power plugs to charge your devices. There's enough spaces to sleep. The owner add extra pillows and comforters, too. There's COWAY so no need to worry about constant supply of drinking water. The house has almost all of the appliances that you have in your own house. We didn't cook nor did the BBQ but it the kitchen is ready for a chef to prepare home-cook meals. You all should know that all bedrooms come with a queen size bed. I was hoping for single beds in some of the rooms but not a big deal.

The location was near the beach—just a 2-minute walk. The house was clean and comfortable for a family to stay. The house is located next to SM Sains Dungun. Easy for parents to meet their children.

Homestay is neat, tidy and within a quite neighborhood. The location is also good near to town center and also to the famous eatery center.
